Important Notes
• Regency Towers parking fee: $40 for 2 vehicles (per duration of your stay; not daily), and $15 per additional vehicle (per duration of your stay; not daily. Limit 3). Paid separately at front desk.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
• Age Requirement: Booking party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. We do not allow 3rd party bookings.
• A signed rental agreement is required to be completed with 48 hours of booking, or immediately for same day bookings.
The condo is stocked with bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, starter garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to help you settle in comfortably.
