Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Please note that a small closet in the dining room is locked and reserved for supplies and is not accessible to guests. Other than that, the guests will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.
➤ Kindly note that onsite parking is not available at this property, but plenty of free street parking is available right in front. Please check posted signs for weekly street sweeping restrictions.

Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
