Unfortunately this place was infested with roaches. They were out during daylight. They were within the dishes and silverware and in the bedrooms. The property management team was great and quick to find another place for us that was amazing. I've never experienced anything like it before.

The property receives regular professional pest control as part of our ongoing maintenance routine. Florida’s climate can contribute to occasional pest activity, and we take these concerns seriously. We’re glad our management team was able to respond promptly and arrange alternative accommodations so the guest could continue their stay. The balcony is worth every penny! Beautiful sunset views in the evening! The condo was very clean. There was a very tiny lizard that we saw, but it is Florida. But, I never experienced any issues with other insects like a previous post mentioned. The wifi was a little spotty, I had to reset it a couple of times (only used TV and wifi in the evenings after long beach days). Pool was fine. Finally, the communication was excellent. Any message I sent was responded in a timely manner. I would book again without hesitation.
