Marcella and the whole Skis and Seas team were very helpful. Condo is spacious, clean, comfortable, exactly as described and very large for a studio. View is amazing, listening to the waves on the balcony was one of our favorite activities.The condo was well equipped, the kitchen came in handy even though we didn't fully use it. The pool is amazing, I loved sitting in the loungers on the pool shelf. The check in process was simple and hassle free and communication was excellent. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a beachfront getaway in Sandestin.Marcella, Thanks again for a fantastic vacation!

Disappointed that the room was under construction.. windows were boarded up. Room should have been discounted! Construction at your window, pool area has construction work going on, hot tub drained and under construction. Close to 500 per night is ridiculous under these conditions!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that construction can impact the overall experience. This unit was offered at a discounted rate to reflect the ongoing building work, and the window replacement project, along with potential impacts to views and amenities, was clearly disclosed in the listing prior to booking. We provide this information so guests can make an informed decision when selecting their condo, as availability and conditions can vary throughout the resort and we have 40 others to choose from. The construction is managed by the resort/HOA and is outside of our control, all we can do is clearly display it on our listing prior to booking.
