Thank you for your feedback. We understand that construction can impact the overall experience.
This unit was offered at a discounted rate to reflect the ongoing building work, and the window replacement project, along with potential impacts to views and amenities, was clearly disclosed in the listing prior to booking.
We provide this information so guests can make an informed decision when selecting their condo, as availability and conditions can vary throughout the resort and we have 40 others to choose from.
The construction is managed by the resort/HOA and is outside of our control, all we can do is clearly display it on our listing prior to booking.
