The home is fitted with 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on the first floor. Two bedrooms, a loft, balcony, and two bathrooms are on the second level. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, private access to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a garden tub, spacious walk-in shower with a low ledge, double vanity, and separate water closet. The first guest bedroom includes a king bed, Smart TV, and an adjacent full guest bathroom. The last bedroom on the first floor is right off the entrance to the home. The is guest bedroom #2 and holds a full bed and Smart TV.
Venture upstairs to be greeted by sprawling loft. This loft includes a game room with a foosball table, table and chairs, and second living area with a Smart TV. The loft features access to the second floor balcony and the perfect spot for sunbathing! Guest bedroom #3 and #4 are very similar on this level. They both have a queen bed, Smart TV, vanities, and ensuite bathrooms.
Back on the first floor you'll find a convenient laundry room off the two-car garage. There is an additional bathroom on the first floor that has an exterior door for the pool deck.

Please note this home allows for 4 vehicles maximum, or the motorcycle equivalent. A two-car garage is available for guest use and there's a driveway as well for two additional vehicles. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.
