Large, very beautiful, very comfortable semi-detached house "Jardines de Denia V", 2 storeys. Les Marines 7 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant, café 450 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station 9.3 km, sandy beach "Platja de l'Estanyó" 50 m. Sports harbour 7.5 km, marina 7.5 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km, tennis 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
