Thank you for your kind review Jolanda. I am glad you liked the apartment and enjoyed your stay. It was a nuisance that the elevator wasn’t working when you arrived. I did report it to the building management and they fixed it as quickly as possible. Thank you for pointing out the yellowing toilet seat. I have informed our housekeeper about it. Regarding the number of towels, it is fairly normal to provide one bath sheet and one hand towel per person for short rentals. However, if you really needed more and had contacted me, I would have told you there were more towels inside the base of the double beds, although we had just had a large family staying before you, so maybe the extra towels were still at the laundry. Cathy, Thank you for your kind review and I am delighted you enjoyed your stay at the apartment. The apartment was designed to sleep six people (4 adults and 2 children). It is has a spacious balcony where there is a large table which you can fit six chairs around it. The inside table (which can be expanded) is mainly for use in winter when we usually have smaller groups staying. It is unfortunate that you had a couple of days rain during your stay and had to be confined inside. We do usually have two extra folding chairs which can be used around the inside table, but due to lack of space in the apartment, they have been put in the downstairs store room. I am sorry you found there wasn’t enough beach furniture for you. We provide four sunbeds and four armchairs which is usually enough for most families as children don’t generally use them, but if you are a party of six adults, then maybe you would require more, particularly around the pool area. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will certainly consider purchasing some extra sunbeds to accommodate larger groups in the future. We would be delighted to have you to stay again.
