Located less than 7 miles from the NYS Fairgrounds and the Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater

Sleeps 6 with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a twin bed in the second bedroom, a twin loft in the third bedroom, and a pull out queen size futon. There were a lot of bugs, being so close to the lake. They were getting in from the fins on the ac units, so maybe pack some tape to help seal. Everything else was great, our host was fantastic and very responsive!

Good location with an obstructed view of the river. The bed in the small bedroom was not as comfortable as I hoped it would be.The bed in the third bedroom is a bunkbed with limited room between the mattress and the ceiling.The couch/ bed was comfortable.

The location was convenient for visiting Syracuse, and the large fenced yard was a great feature for traveling with my dog. However, several issues affected my stay. I had to contact the host twice before receiving the check-in instructions, which added unnecessary stress on the day of arrival. The cleanliness was disappointing considering the 120 cleaning fee. The walls, doors, and baseboards were visibly dirty, and there were numerous dead bugs inside the home. I photographed the condition and shared it with the host, who said they would address it with the cleaning staff. I also found the lack of curtains or blinds on the large sliding glass door at the back of the house to be a significant privacy concern. As a solo female traveler, this made me feel uncomfortable, particularly in the evening. Finally, although the home is located next to the river, there is no direct access to the shoreline. The area behind the property is posted with "Private Property" and "No Trespassing" signs, with railroad tracks between the house and the river. Overall, the property worked as a base for exploring Syracuse, but these issues kept it from meeting my expectations.

This is a wonderful pet friendly property with a fantastic host! Bryan was most helpful and ensured a great stay! You will find the home very comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely book again when traveling to the Syracuse area.
