Welcome to Westridge Heights! This beautiful 3-bedroom townhome located just 200 yards from the trails and ski slopes, and easy walking distance of the Snowflake Trailhead and Ski Lift. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of being only a 5-minute drive from the shops, dining, and entertainment of downtown Breckenridge. This inviting townhome combines comfort, space, and a prime alpine location, making it an excellent choice for families or small groups. We repainted the interior on spring of 2026 and are updating furniture as well.
Proximity: This home is located on Westridge Road and offers easy access to everything Breckenridge has to offer. The Snowflake Ski Trail is just a short 5 minute walk (0.3 miles), and Main Street is roughly a 16 minute walk (0.8 miles), putting you close to the slopes and the heart of downtown.
Sleeping Arrangements: 3 Bed, 3.5 Bath – • Primary Bedroom (Top Floor): King bed, walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings, day bed, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bath includes his and her sinks, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. • Second Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Queen size bed, dresser, closet, TV, hot tub patio access, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo. • Third Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Twin over twin bed and full bed, dresser, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo. • Half Bath (Main Floor): A half bath is located by the front door
Living Room (Main Floor): The living room is the heart of the home and the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. This space features a comfy sofa, three lounge chairs (scheduled to be replaced with a sleeper sofa in July), a flatscreen TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Vaulted ceilings and large windows create a bright, open atmosphere with a classic mountain feel.
Kitchen (Main Floor): The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with both style and functionality in mind. It features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. Fully stocked for your stay, it's ideal for everything from a quick breakfast before the slopes to a home-cooked dinner, all while staying connected to the main living area.
Dining Room (Main Floor): Just off the living room, the dining area provides a warm and comfortable setting for meals. A rustic wooden table sits beneath a chandelier and offers seating for 6, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.
Outdoor Living: The deck just off the upstairs living room is perfect for getting some fresh air and features a propane grill for guest use. Downstairs, the first guest bedroom includes direct patio access, leading right out to the private patio where the 7 person hot tub awaits.
Laundry: A full size washer and dryer are available downstairs at the end of the hallway next to the third bedroom.
Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, with space for 2 in the heated garage and 1 in front of the garage. Street parking is not permitted.
We provides essentials for a weekend stay, including paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hotel-style toiletries, and extra rolls of toilet paper. Fresh pressed linens and towels are provided, including extra towels for the hot tub.
Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist from October to May.
