Welcome to this beautiful townhome in Orlando, located in the desirable Vista Cay Resort! This spacious home features three comfortable bedrooms with a king, queen, and two full-size beds—perfect for families or groups. With 3.5 bathrooms, including two relaxing bathtubs and hair dryers, everyone can enjoy their own space.

The home is fully equipped for both short and long stays, with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. Guests also have access to a fitness center.

Located in a safe, gated community with secure code entry, you’ll be just minutes from the Convention Center, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.

Very nice property. Larger than expected. Very clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Happy with the amount and quality of the linens. Beds were extremely comfortable and we slept exceptionally well. I could not figure out the wifi, but I think it was because of a provider outage. Spectrum isn't the greatest, but probably all that is available in the area. Our phones had to use mobile data and we were limited to antenna TV. Overall, would stay here again. Very happy with the quality and value. Be aware that this location is 3 stories. 1 bed/W/D/full bath/garage on ground floor, living/kitchen/.5 bath/balcony on 2nd and two ensuite masters on 3rd floor with lots of room and privacy. We didn't have any problem with the stairs, but some might. Location convenient to the Orange County Conv Center.

Very clean property and a great place!!! Free Parking available in the garage or in the driveway of the unit. I was messaged day of check in with gate and unit codes. Other than that I never heard back from the owner though he said to contact him if I needed anything else. I didn’t get checkout instructions so hopefully everything was good. I was given only two trash bags so I could only take out the main trash and not the bathroom trashes. Layout was pretty cool. You walk in the front door and at the back is one bedroom. Middle floor is a bathroom, large kitchen, dining room, and large family room with a tv. Top floor is the room with two beds and a bathroom, and a master bedroom with bathroom. This was a very large unit and I could not have been happier.I will say the 8 minute walk to Epic that Vrbo says is a lie. It is 20-30 minute walk and we walk fast. It is close yes, but the unit is in the corner of a gated community. There are pedestrian gates that are now locked and out of service so you have to backtrack all the way to the front or back gates. Then how the crosswalks are situated, rather than just being able to cross one street on the side you are on, there is no cross walk on that side. So you have to cross one smaller street, cross the Main Street, then cross back over the first street which takes forever because they are both very busy streets. Again this is a very clean and large unit! We had a great time. Thank you!
