The kitchen features rich dark cabinetry, sleek stone countertops, and both regular and Keurig coffee options to suit your morning routine, with counter seating for four that keeps everyone connected. Just beyond, a cozy dining table for four flows into the living area, where a plush couch and armchair are perfectly positioned around a smart TV—ideal for unwinding after a sun-filled day.



But the real showstopper awaits just outside. Slide open the doors to your private oceanfront balcony, where comfortable seating invites you to linger over morning coffee or evening drinks as the Gulf stretches endlessly before you. Whether you’re planning a laid-back getaway or a fun-filled beach trip, Seawind 1602 delivers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and unforgettable coastal views.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
