The holiday apartment Zahories Córner Mojácar sea views is located in Mojácar just a short walk from the beach. The 120 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a TV as well as children's books and toys.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture, an open terrace and a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.
The beach Playa del Lance Nuevo is just a few meters away from the front door. An array of restaurants, bars, cafés, and a supermarket can all be reached on foot within a minute (under 60 meters).
Free parking is available in a garage, on the property and on the street.
The property has a step-free interior. However, the property is not accessible for a wheelchair, as the ramp is too steep.
Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are available on request.
There is an alarm system with cameras in the property, but these can be deactivated (instructions will be provided by the homeowner).
There is an elevator in the building.
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
