With sea views, the Balcón de Amadores 1 holiday apartment in Puerto Rico is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The 50 m² apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Enjoy Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. Children are welcome.



The bedroom has 1 double bed, and the living room includes a sofa bed for 2. The apartment offers beautiful mountain and sea views, overlooking Amadores Beach. There is also an open balcony-style terrace. Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool.



Restaurants, cafés, bars, and supermarkets are just a 2–5 minute walk away. The picturesque Amadores Beach is a 3-minute drive (1.5 km). Gran Canaria Airport is about 34 minutes by car.



Parking is available on the property but cannot be guaranteed. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is provided. Security cameras are installed at the building entrance. The property is step-free inside and has an elevator. Towels and bed linens are included.

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re only staying tor a few days. The view is absolutely sensational. We couldn’t get over the view it was beautiful to wake up to every morning. The place is decent and tidy. It was self-checkout so they were super helpful and communicated very well. There’s a taxi stand literally at the front of the entrance. Miguel is lovely he will look after you. Thank you !!

Good view over the bay.

The property is situated at the top of the hill. The views over the bay and at sunset are worth the visit. There is a commercial centre a few minutes walk up the road which houses several bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. If you want to venture further afield you will be faced with either a 20 minute walk down the hill following the road to Playa Amadores, or a 25 minute walk with a combination of road and approximately 700 steps down to Playa de Puerto Rico. Both places have a large selection of bars and restaurants and the beaches are kept very clean. There is a walkway along the coast between the two playas of around 1 kilometre. Alternatively there is a taxi rank immediately outside the resort and a taxi to either will cost between €4 and €6. We also found out that there is a local bus service that runs up and down the hill to Playa Amadores twice in the morning and twice late in the afternoon for a small charge. Sorry, no details as we didn't investigate further. We are both over 60 and did a lot of walking and we found the footpaths very slippery especially when wet. We found it a better surface walking on the road. The apartment served our needs, although a little dated, and the large balcony attracted the sun from around midday. We had a couple of small issues upon arrival but these were easily sorted by our local contact after a phone call. Places well worth a visit - Mogán and Anfi. Easy to reach either by bus or water taxi.

On top of the mountain

Very nice apt, nicely kept and clean. Terrace is awsome with its view. Internet is super, I brought my AppleTV, so that we could watch my channels, worked perfectly fine. The hotwater boiler was sophisticated to start, but once learned ok. One small detail, the bathroom celinglight switch was put on from the livingroom, we found out after a week, hehe, there was a mirror with light that was put on in the bathroom, maybe an idea to mark the switch? All in all a very nice apartment and stay!
