This 1st-floor 2BR/2BA home is designed with a simple, functional layout that offers both comfort and privacy. Each bedroom features a king-size bed, providing plenty of space to relax, making it a great fit for multiple guests or longer stays. The primary bedroom includes a TV, with an additional TV in the living room for shared viewing.

Both bathrooms are private and include tub/shower combinations, offering convenience and flexibility for daily routines. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and stove, giving you a practical setup for cooking meals during your stay.

Step outside to enjoy the outdoor patio with a sitting area—perfect for unwinding after a long day or getting some fresh air.

Guests will have full private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit located on the 1st floor, including the living room, kitchen, both bedrooms and bathrooms, and the outdoor patio area. This is a self-contained space with its own entrance, allowing for a private and convenient stay.

We provide a self check-in experience for convenience, but remain available if needed. • Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or non-approved items—plumbing-related damages will be charged
• Trash must be properly bagged and disposed of. Excess trash or improper disposal may result in additional fees
• Late check-out without prior approval will incur additional charges

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional fees, reservation modification, or immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with booking policies.
