Spanning 19 acres with breathtaking views of the lake and the Sierras, Lakeland Village offers an unforgettable resort-like experience with two outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, private sandy beach access, and a pier – all within a mile of Heavenly Resort. Enjoy world-class skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, golfing, and water activities in the summer. Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options.





With partial views of the lake, your two-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the water-view balcony for an alfresco meal.





COMPLEX AMENITIES

Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

We truly enjoyed our stay- the property was within steps of the beach and pool! The views were amazing with beautiful sunsets over the lake each evening! The beds were all very comfortable. There were only a few details that affected our stay. Some affected our stay in small ways (i.e a 10-digit door code that needed to be entered very quickly to work- & it’s just challenging to remember 10 digits ). Other details had a larger impact; the properties do not have a/c and each day it would heat up to 80 degrees inside (even warmer in the top loft)- it would take hours with windows open and fans blowing to get it to cool down! The last difficulty we had was with the dryer in this unit- it was VERY loud- so loud we couldn’t even be inside when it was running! I reached out to the property manager multiple times, but it was not repaired during our stay. Hopefully this will not be an issue for future renters as repair service was scheduled for a later date. One other exciting detail- we didn’t see any bears on our journey through Yosemite- but we had a bear encounter just outside this unit!! A large brown bear found a late night snack on a neighbor’s porch and leisurely ate all he could. He did not seem bothered one bit by the humans around him, but everyone kept their distance! Overall, a great stay in Tahoe!

We understand how a 10-digit code can be a bit tricky, and we’re always looking for ways to make the check-in process smoother. As for the lack of air conditioning, we know that can be a challenge during warmer days, and we’re sorry for any discomfort that caused. That shouldn’t have happened, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re glad to hear that repair service was scheduled, and we hope future guests will have a quieter experience.
