Perfect Stay

Wonderful experience all around. From the kind front desk team, to the cleanliness of the property, the private beach and amenities, we had a lovely time. The Vacasa team were available, quick to respond and were ready for us early to check-in. We will be back Lake Tahoe.

This unit was amazing for my fiancé and I. It was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The bed was insanely comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and had a heating fan for getting out of the shower which was awesome. The property was beautiful and had great amenities. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for our soccer tournament stay. Great proximity to all the fields. Nicely updated. They may need to remember to provide a 2nd blanket for the soda bed but we figured it out.

The condo was in excellent condition, clean and neat. Entry and check in certainly could be improved. Too many emails making it more confusing than need be. With the help of Sydney , Front desk assistant, we were able to overcome entry problems. The door opening code box did not function well.

We booked this beautiful, clean studio apartment on Sunday morning. My sons fiancee helped me book, and was very easy process. From the pictures, to real life, oh my goodness. Simply beautiful and clean. We loved the bathroom, kitchen and living area. The bed, was not the most comfortable for me, my mom 85yrs young, did not have an issue. Other than that, we had all the comforts of home. My mother compared it to our Maui condo, which she still talks about to this day. 👌🏽5 🌟 stars. It is centrally located, on the Boulevard. We really appreciated the generous towels, more than one for each of us, and provided beach towels, as well. The hair dryer came in handy. In whole he really liked the place, and will recommend it! We will return with all of my family, my children and their respective partners, of course a larger unit.

Don't. Just Don't.

The room amenities and location are great as I was looking to ski Heavenly. Stayed there for a little under 2 weeks This place has thin walls. I could clearly hear everyone walking up and down the hallway and I was practically living with the people above me. I could hear every footstep someone took from the unit above me and some of their chatter. I called the front desk to ask for another room, they asked me to call Vacasa customer service. I called cs, and after lengthy explanations and being put on hold, they said the property manager denied my request. The property manager said this is the first time someone has made such a complaint and that I should get ear plugs! I hung up with them and looked online for reviews about this place on other websites and I found 2 reviews that mentioned noise coming from thin walls. I called the front desk once again and asked to speak with the property manager. After saying that she left for the day, I asked for her name and mentioned I will call the next day. A few minutes later I got a phone call from the property manager, Katie (not sure if the spelling is correct). Katie was not helpful at all. In fact, she spoke in a rude, confronting manner. No greetings whatsoever and dived right into her resolution. She mentioned if I wanted to change the room, I should call cs and request another room, and pay the price difference. Absolutely intimidating and hostile demeanor. Good job Katie, never going there again.
