Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited

Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 1

Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.

Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

The proximity to heavenly was great. We also enjoyed the clubhouse where they had a lot of amenities and did not charge extra. The house was good. It would be nice to have more warm blankets around but overall it was clean and nice and suitable for our group.

The condo was clean and spacious. It was very welcoming and comfortable, as were the hosts. Centrally located right near the stateline with easy access to everything you'd want in S. Tahoe. Will definitely be back.

Perfect for our basketball tourney! 🏀

Comfortable, open, well spaced, quiet community, safe, nice pool/clubhouse. Should sleep 8 though, there was plenty of bed space for 8, dishes and table space for more than 8. Perfect for our basketball families to share for a weekend tournament but would have been great to offer the other bed to another teammate.

Great Location

Perfect location. Nice and quiet but close to casino’s, stops etc. Never did figure out where pool and hot tub were but not that important. Clean and roomy.

Good Stay

Good house and good location. Only one parking place available for a house of 6 is allowed and no parking is available on the street. There are some parking places allocated for “Guests” but nobody from the agency informed us about that.

Cozy Inntopia

To begin when you walk in the front door you immediately feel like you are at home. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Home was pretty updated. We got to see snow fall for the first time through the big windows In the living room. The fireplace was cozy. Kitchen was stocked with every thing you would need to cook a meal for the family. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will most likely return early next year !

Short and sweet stay. It was amazing.

We felt check-in/chek-out process is a bit time consuming as we have to get parking/recreation passes from club house and while checkouts there are some action items like washing towels and removing bed linens etc.. they may cause delay if someone have tight reservations around. Apart from that we have no complains with house and location and we really enjoyed the stay its very peacful and amazing place. Thank you!!
