Enjoy being close to hundreds of trails, plus direct access to Trout Creek! This special condo is set up perfectly for guests to retreat and be refreshed after a long day of exploration. Enjoy stepping away from city life and take in a lovely view of nature from the furnished patio. If warming up's high on your priorities, just turn on the gas fireplace and relax. The full kitchen features the full-size appliances and cooking equipment you need to put together full meals. If work must come before play, head up the spiral staircase and work away at remote assignments in the loft's desk workspace. The private washer/dryer will take care of the gear so you can relax. Guests can also enjoy access to shared amenities like a pool, sauna, and tennis court during their stay at this charming retreat.

Convenience meets quality

Perfect getaway

The moment you walk in, you feel a sense of comfort. This place is perfect for a quick getaway to Donner Lake. Everything you need to enjoy the lake is provided. We have stayed here on the same weekend for the last 3 years and looking forward to many more.

Clean, convenient and comfortable

Stayed here for three nights during a spring ski trip with my teenage son. Condo is in a great location for skiing as well as close local restaurants in Truckee. We loved the downstairs bedrooms with living and kitchen on main floor and a small office loft where I took a couple of work calls.

Just a beautiful property all around. Maintained pretty well and clean. Almost anything one could need in a house setting was available and accesible. The location was perfect for the children , space in the back yard to sled. Wife loved the little jacuzzi in the master bathroom.

Great in winter and summer

Stayed here for a long weekend of skiing in the Winter and loved it - decided to try it in Summer also. For all reasons noted in previous review, this place is great and I expect we will use again. THANK YOU

A dream

We loved just about everything about this house. Hauling two kids below the age of 10 , it was nice that pretty everything we could need was available in the house. My kids loved sledding In the backyard. House definitely has a cozy feel to it.

Cozy place

Great space, very cozy and comfortable. With all the snow, the driveway could have been plowed better. Got stuck trying to get out due to ice even with 4x4. If visiting with alot of snow might want chains to navigate the driveway, or park at the top. Outside of that, the place itself is a great.

Amazing huge house

We had such a good time at this property! I came with my two daughters aged 10 and 12 who loved the bunk beds and games in the house. The place has everything you need and is in a great location. We enjoyed the Rec center twice too with its pool and hot tubs. One tip: careful not to lock yourself out with the key inside the house 😊
