Built in 2003, this gorgeous 4BR/3BA home features a gourmet kitchen and a fenced yard. High ceilings soar in the open-concept living area, and central air conditioning assures comfort year-round. A jetted tub awaits in the airy master suite.



Kirkwood, Heavenly, and Sierra at Tahoe ski resorts are within easy driving distance. In the warmer months, head to El Dorado Beach and Camp Richardson Resort & Marina in 13 minutes or less.



LIVING AREAS



With 2,147 square feet of richly detailed living space, this sun-soaked home offers an atmosphere that will quickly lull you into vacation mode. Vaulted ceilings and towering windows welcome you into the main living room. Unwind on two sofas and a recliner next to the gas fireplace and watch shows on the 55-inch TV. The downstairs living room has a 55-inch TV, sleeper sofa, and leather recliner.



KITCHEN & DINING



The foodies in your party will feel right at home in the immaculate kitchen. Enjoy a full suite of appliances, including a gas range and a wine cooler, as well as ample counter space. Two can perch at the kitchen bar while dinner simmers. Gather around the eight-seat dining table for a family-style meal.



BED & BATH



The primary suite is an absolute sanctuary. This peaceful space has a plush king bed, reading nook, 46-inch TV, and spa-like en-suite bath with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate jetted garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The nearby guest bath has a tub/shower combination. Two additional guest rooms are located on the first floor. The third and fourth bedrooms both have queen beds. The adjacent bath is equipped with a walk-in shower.



OUTDOOR AREA



A gas grill on the balcony is ready for family cookouts, and a table on the covered patio is perfect for alfresco meals. All-around fencing creates a private, tree-lined retreat for your group.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Spacious and sparkling clean with an excellent layout!

This place was perfect for our mini family reunion. We all loved the open layout and the abundance of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, board games were available, and everything was perfect.

Beautiful and Serene

Overall this property was beautiful, the scenery was fantastic(we sat on the lower patio the most since that had furniture), the beds were so comfy and we had a fantastic time. All of the updates made to this house were amazing and made our stay even better. I did work with a few members of the Vacasa team while on our stay and they were nice and prompt. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful place to stay with your big family or two small families.

Awesome place! We loved the spacious bedrooms and the open concept in the kitchen/living room/dinning room. I would totally rent this cabin again next time. There were a couple of things we didn't like: no hand soap in a couple of bathrooms and the deadbolt (lock) in the rooms aren't kids friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Vacation home

The property was really nice and exactly as described. Well appointed with a full kitchen, close to everything and a drive away to the water sport lake area. Grocery store, gas station, and hospital are near so makes it very easy to run errands. The patio/backyard was quiet and very comfortable and we would love to come back during the winter time to take advantage of the Snow.

Escape to the Snow

We had a great weekend. The house was very nice. It had plenty of space for all 10 of us. The house is easy to get to. It has a great open concept kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, coffee, etc.

Definitely gets the job done

Property was very spacious. The upstairs was perfect for the group of 9 we had. Didnt feel crowded. Perfectocation if your not trying to gamble the while trip. Very short drive to the casinos if you are. Would definitely Italy stay again.

Lovely property

It is a nice house, has most everything we needed; however, should have more toi. paper & paper towels; also let us know early on that we need to use code to enter the garage and THEN enter the 10 digit code/ somewhat confusing. We had a good time.

Our 24/7 guest hotline is always available if anything ever comes up while staying at one of our properties. With regards to our 10-digit entry code, a TurnKey agent can assist you next time in creating a shorter one. About the amount of toilet paper and paper towels please know that we stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get a typical reservation through a weekend or get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. , fire place with gas and 2 patio decks to relax on. The beds were comfy, plenty of dishes to use, plenty of extra blankets (just in case), fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking and mixing needs. It was a very comfortable house. The yard was not very nice but good for dogs. The bbqs were old. Overall it was 9 out of 10. Also too far out from lake and town

Father's Day/ Birthday stay

Stayed here for four nights with five adults and three kids. this is a beautiful home. Everything is as described. Only two things to add. there is a beautiful table for outdoor eating on the bottom deck. Second it says parking for four vehicles. This would be four small cars. we had two trucks and a small suv and it was a tight fit. Overall an amazing house and we would stay here again.
