Great beachside resort

Loved that this resort is right on the lake with plenty of chaise lounges on a sandy beach for guest's. The unit itself is amazing with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and updated furnishings. Everything you need to have a wonderful Lake Tahoe vacation.

Great getaway at Lakeland 494

This was a very comfortable property and we enjoyed the small balcony, cozy kitchen, and overall space to just unwind and relax. We took advantage of the private beach and fire pits while we were there as well. Would return for another visit for sure!

Loved our stay!

We were a party of 4 that stayed for the weekend and we really enjoyed our time here. The location is so close to the lake and all of the major hotels/casinos. Overall the place was really clean - we saw a couple bugs but nothing you wouldn't expect for being in Lake Tahoe. We had bears walking through the area, which we thought was so cool!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, Tiffany. We are thrilled to hear that you and your party enjoyed your weekend stay and appreciated the convenient location close to the lake and major hotels/casinos. It's wonderful to know that you found the place clean and had a memorable experience with the local wildlife, including the bears walking through the area! We apologize for the couple of bugs you encountered during your stay. While it is not uncommon to see some insects in natural settings like Lake Tahoe, we strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and will continue to take measures to minimize their presence. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future for another enjoyable and unique experience.

Family of 4

We stayed in this unit as part of a larger group who were all staying in Lakeland Village. It was fine for not needing to spend too much time in the unit. If we spent more time in the unit, we might feel a bit closed in on each other but for our needs it was great. There were a couple amenities that needed replacing, but otherwise, we were pleased with the location and the cleanliness.
