Check-in was a bit tough. The door code supplied was incorrect, it listed 14 digits to enter into the keyless door lock (14 digits, are you kidding!!) they did not work, tried 3-4 times. After calling the management company, they informed me that the first 4 digits were for the key lock box and the last 10 digits were for the door lock and that their software somehow combined the two on the check-in procedures. The 10 digits di open the door lock correctly, but why do you need 10 digits for a keyless door lock, you think 4 -6 would be more than enough. Other than this issue the property was very clean and nice to stay in.

Thank you, Martin, for sharing your experience with us. We truly appreciate your feedback about the check-in process. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as smoothly as expected, especially with something as important as getting into your home away from home. We’re sorry for the confusion with the door code and the extra digits—it’s definitely something we’re looking into to ensure it doesn’t happen again. On a brighter note, we’re glad to hear that you found the property clean and enjoyable. Our team works hard to maintain high standards, and it’s wonderful to know that you appreciated that aspect of your stay. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again, and we’ll make sure your next experience is even better.
