These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.



Guest Access:

This townhome is located in the Aspen parking area at Lakeland Village. There are no assigned parking spots. Parking pass must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.

Amazing view!!!!!

We loved this condo, it’s 3 floors makes it perfect for a group. The view of the Lake by itself was enough for me to love this place! We will be back for sure!

My family loved it !

From the moment my family walked in, they loved it. We were 7 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 children (3.5 year-olds), and it met everyone's expectations and needs. This place was very nice, comfortable, and in a good location. My family is already talking about going back.

no private Barbecue?

The location was great. We did enjoy our stay. I think at over 1,500 a night the property should have it's own private Barbecue. There was only 2 community barbecues to use and the wait time was easily 1/2 to 1 hour based on the time. Unacceptable

Plenty of room, beautiful view

Unit 640 was right on the beach. There were at least 3 bedrooms that could fit 2 adults in each and a bunk bed room on the 3rd level. Some of the rentals had more bunks than regular bedrooms, so that was needed for our group. There was a sofa bed that we didn't use. The sweet spot for us was to have the house heated to about 65 degrees and once in a while turn on the fireplace for folks in the living room. Otherwise some areas get a bit warm. We were warned to keep food and trash locked up because of bears, and sure enough about 5:45pm a bear walked by looking like it had a daily route scavenging for leftovers. We enjoyed seeing the bear waddle by and got some great pictures/video.

The pictures almost don't do it justice, the views from the living room and the deck of the lake are just crazy good. Much better than I expected. It was pretty spacious for how many square feet it actually is, but having the indoor/outdoor space definitely helps with that. There are only 3 actual bedrooms, the remaining 4 bunk beds and sofa bed are actually in a loft of sorts that is open to the main living area, so if you have a lot of people and are filling out the beds, that is something to be aware of. You can't escape any living room noise if you are staying in these beds.We stayed on memorial day weekend, so it was quite busy in the tahoe area, but it meant we were unable to use any of the shared grills in the condo complex. We waited for a few hours but the people in front just kept bringing out more food so we gave up and cooked inside for which there was a good amount of cookware to be able to do that. Other than those two things though, it's hard to find a fault. Awesome place with an awesome view steps from the lake, with a near ideal location within south lake. And given the price, the value is for sure 5 stars.
