The Space:

Regan Memorial City Beach or Pope Beach, both within a seven-mile radius. For wintertime activities, head down the road to several downhill skiing resorts. This condo has great amenities, including a glittering pool, and a relaxing hot tub. Take a 3 minute stroll down to the lake and about a 20 minute drive to Emerald Bay and Desolation Wilderness.





Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed space. Marvel at the cathedral ceilings, the winding staircase, and the contemporary decor as you relax and make yourself at home. Entertain your loved ones in the living area with the large TV, or curl up by the fireplace with a good book. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the sophisticated galley-style kitchen, equipped with appliances and plenty of cupboard room. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will enjoy a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures. Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Great stay at the lake!

Great spot. Clean and well stocked. Lake, pool and amenities were fantastic. Close to shopping and restaurants. Everyone was so friendly. Would highly recommend.

Vacasa staff was helpful. Ability to text ask questions and receive a response fairly quickly is super helpful. The home was clean the space is nice super close to the beach. We will definitely rent again.

Good location near lake.

Clean unit good location near lake and walking trail to stores. Only room for improvement is to replace very loud sprinkler outside bedroom that goes off in the middle of the night or change the watering schedule.

I wouldn’t recommend this unit, especially if you’ve stayed at Lakeland Village before. It’s very run-down. Only two of the stove burners worked, and the ones that did were uneven, so I had to hold the pan while cooking to keep it from sliding off. The screen door was broken when we arrived — the property manager replaced it, but with one that didn’t fit properly, so we couldn’t use the patio during our stay. The unit was also dirty upon check-in, and I had to request housekeeping to come back and clean it again. The location is decent and having access to a private beach is a plus, but unfortunately, this particular beach is now one of the dirtiest in Tahoe. I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Super clean with amazing location!

We had 7 in our party and it housed us comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked although not all burners were working. House was sparkly clean. Beds were comfy. Plenty of shower and pool towels as well as shampoo etc. Location was amazing , walking distance to the lake, restaurants, Whole Foods. Took us a day to find a comfortable set up with temperature, it’s either too hot upstairs or too cold downstairs. On day 2 space heater was delivered that solved our problem. Beware, there’s no noise berries between the floors. Dining room table only fits 4 at a time.
