The Space:

Located between Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort, you’ve found the perfect destination for all-season outdoor adventure. Arrive at the slopes of either mountain in minutes! Town Lift and the bus station are both less than 0.5 miles away. The Round Valley Way Trailhead (0.5 miles) takes you on a picturesque hike, while downtown Park City’s restaurants and shops are also 0.5 away.



Sweeping views of Park City Mountain and Main Street await at this sophisticated 4BR/3.5BA hillside home, featuring three spacious and sun-drenched floors. Sip morning coffee on the main balcony, a breezy perch overlooking the mountains and downtown Park City. Soak in your luxurious hot tub in the evening. A heated driveway adds to the allure.



Interior highlights include a beautiful Great Room with a gas fireplace, two additional living areas, a gourmet kitchen, and two dreamy suites. This four-story home sleeps everyone comfortably. The tranquil primary suite is detailed with a king bed, reading nook, and TV and features an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and private balcony access. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer provide added convenience.

Great location!

Great location and views! Plenty of room for friends and family. Easy walk to town to great restaurants and shops! Easy commute to mountain. Would stay there again :)

Perfect stay

Great house to stay in for the week to ski. 5-10 min walk to Main Street, 5 min drive to Park City ski resort (or can take the bus nearby). Lovely view of town, the mountains and the ski resort. Kitchen had everything we needed and there was space for everyone in our party.

Great House Close to Main Street

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Plenty of space and beautiful views. Great location walking distance to Main Street although the road and steps are a bit steep. We elected to drive down to the lower lots and walk from there. Photos are completely accurate. Great communication with property manager. Highly recommend this property.

Large well furnished house, spectacular views

Beautiful house, great amenities. Only challenge was 15 minute walk to town lift (and back) in ski gear especially after record snowfall. Also radiant floor heat works great to a fault in that we couldn’t cool house down. Overall great house.

Hot Tub Damaged skin

I unfortunately am writing this review as overall our stay was a big let down as we experienced chemical burns to our skin from the hot tub. We have been in hundreds of jacuzzis in my lifetime all over the world and have never had something like this happen to my skin or my clothing from our jacuzzi. It seemed like they were trying to cover up a mess in the jacuzzi that happened before we got there and poured gallons of bleach into the jacuzzi to clean it. Our skin itched and peeled the entire time we were there after getting in the jacuzzi. It also took many weeks for our skin to heal and stop peeling after we left Park City. We are pretty positive they put bleach in the jacuzzi as all of our swimsuits went from being colorful to very faded and no color as if they were soaked in bleached. I have been trying to get in contact with the property manager, Vacasa, but they have not been responsive when this is a problem they need to be attentive to and address as not only our clothing was damaged but our skin was as well. Other than this, the house we rented was nice and in a great location. Be careful if you want to get in the hot tub!

The location was amazing! We walked up/down the stairs throughout the weekend without a problem. The house was super clean and organized. You can’t beat the view either! It was amazing. You can hear late night noise from the bars if the windows are open

Winter 2022 Friends and Family ski trip

My family and friends enjoyed our stay. The property was well suited for our visit we enjoyed the hot tub and the view. I wish I would have known upfront that an early check in or check out is not available at all for this property, as we waited to see if we would be able to get in early and had to quickly make arrangements to accommodate our baggage. Also, the location is great and within walking distance of the town lift, but walking back with equipment is difficult due to the steep hill. I would definitely recommend renting a vehicle. We rented one vehicle and shuttled the equipment back and forth.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. TV in den fails / doesn’t connect to anything other than ESPN. Work when connected to IPads. > 2. Microwave is inoperable, and remains inoperable. Tough pulling off a Thanksgiving w/ limited capabilities. > 3. Trash containers over filled. Appreciate this being corrected. > 4. Closet doors in bedroom on lower level (one w/ pull-out bed) is off track. Corrected by renters. > > I had rentals for many years, and appears to me there is an attempt to have too high throughput, w/o Leadership executing “quality control” and inspect / pull functional checks on appliances on a timely basis. This is a biggee - when was last time this set of quarters were lived in / used by a, other than cleaning Team. In other words - who visit, capable of making repairs, prior to the issues being reported by renters? WHICH IS TOO LATE. > > On positives: Supply levels are about correct. Cool wear is abundant. House is comfortable. Furniture in general good repair. Great TV’s, but in Den is already discussed. Seating / sleeping sufficient for two couples (in double beds) / all other sleeping arrangements are for “sleeping as singles”.

Awesome property and great location!!!

We would definitely rent this property again. It was super close to everything...restaurants, shopping, skiing and nightlife. Downtown was a short walk from the house and skiing at DV or Canyons a short drive or shuttle. Town lift was closer. We had 8 young adults and adults and had plenty of common space as well as private areas. Everything was up to date and decorated beautifully.

Perfect Location

My wife, son and I enjoyed our stay in Park City. The house was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the city after a day of skiing. We also really enjoyed dinner at Grappa. Would absolutely recommend this property! Thank you.

Winter Getaway

This property fit us perfectly! The views off the family room balcony were gorgeous. The heated floors made it great to walk around with no shoes on. The kitchen was well equipped with supplies that we needed to cook while we were there. It was nice to come back and use the jacuzzi after a day of skiing. The house had plenty of room for all 8 of us. I would say our complaints would be the amount of stairs and the road to the property. I know they say 4 floors, but you really don't think about all the stairs and carrying your luggage up and down them. The road is skinny and icy depending on weather. I would definitely recommend having an AWD or 4WD vehicle when renting or you might not make it to and from the property.

Great Time

Myself and a few of my friends were in Town for a wedding at the Stein Erickson. We wanted to stay near Main Street snd this listing could not have been a better spot. The home itself was absolutely incredible and the location was amazing! If I ever find myself back in Utah I would love to stay here again

Old Town review

When we got there the ski resorts, bars and restaurants just had closed due to Coronavirus. The stay was not a disaster due to this excellent house. Ended up bbq steaks and drank in the hot tub. The house was amazing and we were able to have a great time.

Short stay in a great house!

This was a great value rental in Park City. THe home is on a cliff above Main Street. THe hike back up the stairs is tough but doable. We would walk down and Uber back up sometimes. The home is very nice and perfect 6-8. Big family room and kitchen.
