The sleek wooden touches throughout will truly help you leave all of your worries behind the moment you step inside Portico #3. Unwind in the living area and spread out on one of the comfortable couches available as you all enjoy your favorite TV shows on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. This getaway is excellent for families, groups, and kids that want to be located close to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, and Main Street. After the perfect day strolling around the city or hitting the slopes, take advantage of the private hot tub outside and soothe your muscles right away.



What’s nearby:

Located about a 10-minute walk from the free citywide shuttle stop, a half-mile from the Park City historic Main Street featuring dining, nightlife activities, and shows at the Egyptian Theatre, one mile from Park City Mountain Resort and one mile from Deer Valley Resort, you won't find a better location than this one! Come wintertime, make sure you visit both resorts for a fun-filled day either skiing, hiking. If you happen to visit during summer months, both resorts offer plenty of outdoor activities that include scenic mountain biking and hiking, guided tours, a summer camp, and more!

We had a wonderful stay at this Park City home! The location is unbeatable—close to everything, with tons of great restaurants and options nearby. The house was spotless, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for our family. There are a lot of stairs, but having a garage made things super convenient and overall the home was easy to navigate.If you plan on cooking, just be sure to crack a window since it can get a bit stuffy—but with so many dining options around, you may not even need to cook much! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back

Excellent location

This home is in an excellent location- very walkable to shopping and dining and hiking/walking trails. We loved the living area and big windows. The kitchen is a little small but dining table has extra space for prep. Bedding was comfortable.

Very nice, but two points to consider

First, the property is lovely. It is on a loop. The house numbers ascend on one side of the street, but descend on the other. Don't be fooled about where the house is. It is toward Main St. from 670 (which is clearly marked). Also, there is no ooutdoor hang out space. None is represented in the posting, but we didn't think about it and kinda missed that. The place is super nice and all was in fine order.

Positives: great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean.Negatives: There was a tube sticking out of the living room window and one of the bedroom windows, which I believe was a humidifier, but we were unable to close the windows which made it cold in the house. The hot tub was also not filled all the way with water and there were no instructions on how to run it. I tried to get ahold of the property manager twice by phone and by chat through VRBO and Vacasa and no one answered or returned phone calls or chat messages. Would probably not stay in a Vacasa property again due to this.

Great property and even better communication from property manager. The only suggestion I would make is that it would be nice to have a few kitchen items including aluminum foil, baggies and oils etc. otherwise the property was perfect!

Very nice stay, great location.

Our group of six guys had a great time here for MLK weekend. Skied park city one day and deer valley the other. Condo location was a less than five minute drive to either. At night, we walked to Main Street. Great location. Hot tub was great after hitting the fresh powder. Decor is a little dated but very serviceable and excellent value compared to anything else in this location. Lots of stairs in this condo. Would stay here again.

Had to put trash and recycling that was full and left there when we arrived out to the curb, move for car. Trash was picked up after two days. Recycling never was picked up. No instructions on trash and recycling schedule

Pretty Views, Lots of stairs, Small family room area!

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen floor was dirty and so were the countertops and table. That was a little disconcerting- especially considering Covid! The furniture layout of the family room was terrible. There is a random bar with 4 bar stools that are in the way and awkward and it feels cluttered and messy. It would be better to place a love seat or chair in its place. We ended up moving the barstools out during our stay and moved a chair down form the master bedroom to create more seating in the small room. The pillows were awful. Everything else was nice though.

Dirty and bed broken

My friend’s daughter fell through the bed to the floor three times during the stay. She is only 100 lbs. Maintenance and the manger tried to repair the bed, but it was never truly fixed and sadly she fell three different times resulting in a bed we couldn’t use and her having to sleep on the floor. The bath mat was filthy. So disgusting. Crumbs from precious visitors filled the kitchen and living room. Pillows need to be replaced. They were flat.

Couple days with our niece

The house was exactly as described. It was clean and tidy, as you'd expect. Vacasa texted us about 3 hours before our check-in time to tell us that the house was ready and we could check in early. That was a nice touch. It's about a 7-minute walk to Main Street in Park City, which was wonderful. It was so nice to be able to walk around town without having to drive every time we left the house.The master bedroom, which is on the top floor (if you count the garage, there are 4 floors), is fun because of its shape, height, and the cool sleigh bed. Not a complaint, but an FYI: The garage is a bit low, probably about 6.5 feet. Our Subaru outback with a bike rack on the top barely cleared under the garage door. If you have a vehicle that won't fit, you can park in a parking area right across the small and quiet street in front of the house.The kitchen has no condiments, spices (no salt and pepper), oil, tea, etc. I think it's a Vacasa policy to always throw that stuff out if guests leave it. I wish they wouldn't do that; but I get it. So again, not a complaint, just an FYI.Cheers.

Awesome!

It was a great place to stay for our weekend getaway! It was very clean and nice when we arrived and I loved the keypad entrance and not having to worry about keeping track of a key. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and accommodation for family of 4-6

Location was perfect between Deer Valley and Park City. Easy access off Deer Valley Loop Rd. Townhouse had two car garage with remote control. Everything worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Kitchen was great with gas range and utensils and plates and cups and pots and pans. Hot tub was crystal clear and perfectly clean. I have to say...everything was essentially perfect. We will book this townhouse every time we come to Deer Valley if it is available.
