The Space:

Set just far away to guarantee quiet but close enough to the mountains, this friendly ski retreat features everything you need to unwind in style! Snowbirds are welcome too, so feel free to take an extended stay here. Contemporary decor fills every corner to complement the mountain views visible from the windows. Summer visitors need not fear - there's central air conditioning to keep you comfortable, and the balcony is all set up so you can enjoy fresh air. A private washer/dryer is installed to ensure you have every bit of gear you need when you need it. The full kitchen features a prep island that doubles as a casual bar counter, ideal for casual meals or pulling out the trail map. Enjoy unwinding in a delightful home filled with everything you need, done up in a stylish way. Guests needing to work from home will be delighted by the work-from-home setup available. It includes a monitor and a standing desk.

Wow! This was easily one of the best VRBOs I’ve experienced. The home was so comfortable, down to incredibly good mattresses in all the bedrooms and a great couch and dining area that allowed for long conversations with friends. Showers were so good, everything clean and up to date. Location was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place

The condo is roomy, and the kitchen has a great supply of items to make coking easier. It was very clean. We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a beautiful location.

Bike trip to Park City

Great place to stay, just a few minutes from downtown Park City. Great location, very clean, very quiet area and close to many many Mt Biking trails. We will book this place again on our next trip to this area.

Great location, well equipped rental

Easy access to PC and DV, don't have to go through Kimball Junction or get on the highway. Room to spread out, condo is nicely equipped. Definitely recommend it!

Awesome gathering place!

My mom and 4 sisters stayed during our retreat. This was a cute home in a great location just a few minutes from Park City. Close enough, but in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Value

Clean, large, and new townhouse that is about 5 miles (15 minutes) from Park City Resort. Easy to get to and to the mountain and town. Very affordable as compared to units in town. I would rent again.

Fun girls’ getaway

The location is convenient to travel to Midway, Heber, Park City, and Salt Lake. The bedrooms and beds are comfortable. There are only a couple of things that would make the stay STELLAR. The kitchen was lacking a few things to make it completely functional. such as hot

Very enjoyable stay

New property is very cozy and convenient to deer valley. All amenities were new. Floor plan is spacious with ample room and baths. “Mountain View “ is a bit of a stretch but we didn’t rent for that reason anyways. We rented for location and rooms.

Fun, fast getaway

We had a great stay at this location. My friends and I do semi annual girls weekends and this house was great. The house was mostly clean (hair in corners of bathrooms, dishes in cupboards were dirty, etc.). All the bedrooms were private enough for everyone to have their space. The dining table was big enough to have dinner around with everyone. The house was lacking a few essentials in the kitchen (ie hotpads, measuring cups, measuring spoons) but those were easy enough to get from Walmart and cheap enough to donate to the house. House was easy enough to get to. The garage door openers were a pleasant surprise and made getting in and out of the house super easy.

Like-New Condo

Beautiful condo in like-new condition and very clean (matched the pictures on-line). Nice location to get away from the crowds of Main Street Park City, but still within 15 to 20 minutes of the ski resorts. Stand-up desk and monitor were very useful for remote work. Was missing a hairdryer, however vacasa brought one over the same day we reported it. The ground-level (garage level) bedroom and hallway were always cold, and noticed the vents were closed. We did not use that bedroom, so left as-is, however if used you would want to open the vents to get some heat. Overall a very nice place at a good value that we would rent again.

Mirror off bathroom wall basement. Toilet paper holder off wall 1\2 bath. 7 light bulbs out. Garbage disposal not working. Bottom sheet missing master bedroom. Mattress basement way too hard-slept on sofa. Mice upstairs ate packaged snacks.
