The Space:

Regardless of the time of year you happen to visit, there will be plenty of activities and attractions to check out within walking distance or a short drive from the resort. Winter months will be ideal for the skier of the group, as the lifts are mere steps from your front door for downhill skiing and snowboarding, and cross-country skiing trails abound. When temperatures rise in summer, the shared pool and hot tub will be calling your name for a quick dip or evening soak after a day of hiking on dramatic trails nearby. Plus, you can easily head into town to window shop or pop into the fantastic restaurants and pubs that make this mountain town so special.



When you find a bit of time to spend at home base, the fun doesn't have to stop with an open layout, high-end furnishings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and charming mountain decor throughout. Everyone will be easily entertained with streaming capabilities on the flatscreen TV and high-speed WiFi for sharing favorite memories on social media. When everyone builds up an appetite, the best meals are just waiting to be prepared in the full kitchen equipped with two coffee makers, beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, and modern cookware. Perfect location summer or winter!

So close to everything, just a walk across the parking lot to the lifts in the winter or all the activities in the summer. Only a short walk into town to shop or go to wonderful restaurants. The unit is clean and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. Lots of towels and pool towels also. We loved having the pool and the jacuzzi to soak in after long days of hiking. Loved this place will definitely be back!

Lovely home, wonderful hosts!

We absolutely loved our stay at Snow Blaze. The condo was charming and spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen, hot tub access, and pretty much anything one could need on a ski vacation. We look forward to staying again on our next trip!

Great weekend stay

The place was very clean, newly renovated and nicely appointed. Great location. The only thing that we didn’t like was there is only one parking space per unit and our sons had to park around the corner at the shopping plaza lot.

Great spot !

Just across parking lot to pcmr so easy walk or just drive the car up. Can easily walk to restaurants or a $9 uber, or jump on free city bus every few minutes. The place is nicely laid out and the king beds are perfect. I'd stay here again !

A quaint place to stay with friends or family. Good distance to/from Main Street.

We can for a coworker retreat and we had a great time! Cozy enough for us to bond together and hot tub/swim. Yet close enough to Main Street park city to get out and try the restaurants and views. We went on a few hikes that were beautiful and not too crowded. 10/10 weekend!

We loved how close we were to downtown PC with shops, bars, town chairlift. It was within walking distance but away from crowds and affordable. The pool and hot tub were a perk too! Full kitchen to cook meals and nice sized table for card games. The two king beds were comfy. Would stay there again!

The location was great. Right across the street from the Park City Ski slopes and close to downtown shopping and dining. The condo was very clean and well decorated with a rustic appeal. We were surprised there were 3 full bathrooms, so it was perfect for 3 adults. We'd stay there again in the future.

Wonderful stay over Sundance Trip

My friends and I had a wonderful time during our trip to Sundance staying at your place. The condo was perfectly located to get to all the venues and the on-site/covered parking was a great plus. The furnishes were really cozy, the beds were comfortable and showers had great water pressure - quite important. We would definitely look to return upon our next trip to PC. Thanks for a great stay.

This large two bedroom + loft; 3 bath property is clean and comfortable. Everything worked and we had no issues whatsoever. Within walking distance of the PC lifts. We would stay there again.

Perfect condo for Gaper Day!

Condo is very cozy and comfortable. We had two couples that used the two master suites and assorted adult kids that joined us on the sleeper sofa. Beds are comfy and the towels are soft. The location is awesome for easy access to PCMR. Kitchen is well stocked and the grill came in handy. Hot tub was maintained and clean. Will stay again!

Location, location

Great location across street from PC ski resort and a short walk to historic PC. The property is clean, well kept, and fully stocked with kitchen implements. My only small comment is the height of getting in the tubs. If you have short legs (like my wife) getting in the tub/shower is a bit of a challenge. A non-slip step stool would have been helpful.

Perfect ski home for families

The property is nothing fancy, but it is comfortable and well equipped and literally across the parking lot from the main entrance to Park City lifts and ski school. Our family of 5 had a great time skiing each day, then returning home to hit the hot tub, which is easily accessible, and cook dinner in the well stocked kitchen. We got sucked into the world's most comfortable couch each night. We'd stay again. Only complaints: the residents across the hallway (not sure if they are renters or not) really like loud music and the mattresses are comfortable, but beginning to wear.

Great first stay in Park City

The location is outstanding! You can walk to Mountain Village, walk to the grocery store, walk into Park city. The condo is very well appointed with a great kitchen, plenty of towels and really comfortable for one or two small families. If you are traveling with grandparents or older family members the showers can be a little tough to get in to due to an above average tub height. I only share this because my mother(75) who had two knee replacements struggled to get in & out. Would happily stay here again and hope to return next winter.

Great Location & Well Appointed - Perfect for Family!

This property is an easy walk to entrance to Park City Mountain (even in ski boots!). We loved the space, especially the Hot Tub and Fireplace. The kitchen was well-appointed and we cooked meals there every night (complete with Tupperware for left overs). The house was set up well for two families (upstairs & downstairs bedrooms & pull-out coaches). It was great to have laundry in the building as well (bring quarters) and under-ground parking. The towels & bedding was generous (think large & extra). The decor is great and feels modern and cozy (bring slippers for first floor). We won't hesitate to come again!

Large, comfortable condo in prime location

John and Debi's place made our stay in Park City a pleasant experience. It was in the perfect location--our group of 4 adults and 2 kids appreciated the convenience of being able to walk across the street to the Park City Mountain parking lot, which made getting to/from the slopes super easy (coming back for mid-day lunch/nap after skiing was a nice treat!) The condo was very spacious, quiet, and had plenty of room for everyone to congregate or find their own little nook. Our only minor complaint was with the oven, which took quite long to heat up and didn't always reach the target temperature. If you are planning on doing laundry, be sure to have plenty of quarters on you, as there is no change machine in the laundry room.

Hi Sandra All our appliances are brand new.. In fact you re party probably was the 1st to use them .Bear in mind you are at high altitude so everything takes longer to cook. I will have it checked out to make sure the Oven is working properly. It's a good idea I will bring up to our HOA to put in a change machine otherwise 7-11 has been my go to for a roll of quarters and it's just a short walk up the street.

Annual Ski Weekend

We loved the Condo and location. The walk to Main street took about 15 minutes but was relaxing, if you dont want to wait for shuttles. The condo is very close to a shuttle stop. It was easy to get to both Park City Mountain and Deer Valley. The condo was well appointed and we had no problem preparing meals there. You need to be careful with turning the heaters up too far on arrival as it gets really hot upstairs. Not a problem once all heaters are turned to minimum. The owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. The only problem was with the Hot tub. There needs to be closing hours or at least a quiet sign as there were folks partying in the Hot tub until 4:30 AM making noise. Dont mind if it is open but there should at least be a warning sign to keep quiet after a certain hour. Fix that and I would give it a perfect score.

Perfect location for skiing at PCMR

Our family of 5 had a great stay Snow Blaze! We had all the information we needed so getting into the unit and through the various doors/locks went very smoothly. The unit had plenty of room for all of us--lots of space for hanging coats in closets, luggage, etc, and it was very clean. 3 full bathrooms and plenty of towels was a real treat! We went skiing at PCMR and it was super close to the Resort and Payday lift, which was perfect! We mostly ate in and appreciated the spice cabinet and all of the kitchenware we needed. We had a fire 2 nights and really enjoyed it, and also the TVs worked great. We used the complex's hot tub as well with no problems and appreciated the beach/pool towels in the condo so we didn't have to bring our own. We also loved the bedding--so comfy! The only thing I would suggest that needs to be added to the listing is the height of the ceiling in the parking garage. It was pretty low, so our Toyota Sienna minivan with the Yakima storage topper on it would not fit. It was no big deal, we just parked below the garage in outside spaces. If we had known the ceiling height, we just wouldn't have used the topper. Also, to take a break after 2 days of skiing, we went tubing at Gorgoza Park--fun time! Overall a great stay in Park City!

The location was perfect! Close to PC Mountain base, shopping on Main Street and Fresh Market were all walkable! The Condo was well furnished and had most of the necessities for cooking in the condo! It was perfect for a family of 4! We did have a few issues though. Upon arrival we found blood on the top sheet in the down stairs master, just a spot but it was still very gross. We found the extra sheets and put on a clean top sheet. The other issue was that the bed in the first floor master was very low to the ground. Like there was a top mattress missing? The upstairs king bed was very comfortable (for my daughters) and was normal height. We never got an answer from the property manager regarding why the bed was like that. The bedroom door to the down stairs master was cracked like someone broke through it, and of course with the missing mattress, blood on the sheets and the door cracked our minds went to the “what happened in here”?? It was a very busy week (Christmas) so I understood why we weren’t getting responses from Vacasa, but I was trying to send pictures of the problems and they said they never received them. I asked for an email address to send the pictures of the damage (which we didn’t want to be charged for) but never received a response We really loved the condo and location but it’s hard to give a 5 star rating with the many issues we encountered. I dud report a very minor leak coming from the shower/tub in the 2nd bathroom on the main floor.
