The Space:

Situated near the base of Park City Mountain Resort, this remodeled condo is a perfect basecamp for your mountain holiday. Find chic furnishings and fixtures throughout the modern interior, while a patio space provides the ideal spot to sip morning coffee and take in the fresh air. Enjoy the convenience of a short walk to the ski lifts for a fun-filled day on the slopes. For family fun, ride on the Park City Alpine Slide at the base of the mountain. The Park City Municipal Golf Course transforms into a beautiful cross-country skiing venue in winter. Walk just minutes to explore the rolling hills with your whole group. This condo provides easy access to Main Street, where you will find an array of eateries, pubs, galleries, and boutiques, as well as street artists and musicians. Located on the complimentary local bus route, you can quickly access adjacent downtown Park City - no car needed.



Later, relax by your fireplace with a warm beverage. Find ultimate comfort in the living area, featuring a plush queen sofa bed. Kick back and watch your favorite shows on the 50” TV. Great location!

Very well stocked kitchen and nicely remodeled. Quiet building. Parking garage was super hard to find....took us several trips around the block. And bring your own blow dryer as theirs is melted (but usable). Would definitely stay here again!!

A good option

Great location- walkable to PC mountain and lifts as well as downtown. The living room and kitchen are spacious and clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. This spot is a good option for 4 adults, or 2 adults and maybe 6 kids. The bunk beds were fine for us since we only had 2 adults in that room but they did seem unstable. We had a water issue but that was resolved, and it was a garden unit so we did see 1 large bug.

Great clean place

Everything was great, expect that the hot tub was closed due to COVID! I wish this would have been listed before I booked so I would have know. Other than that, super clean and nice place!

Awesome Ski Pad

This is such a great place. I felt right at home. Easy to cook for my child and love the open kitchen/living room. The beds are very comfortable. I'm not sure why folks complain about certain things. I love being near the free shuttle. It gives my children freedom. The walk to the slopes is easy and quick, the heat works just fine. It's nice to have the washer and dryer, too! This place is well decorated and maintained. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks, all!!!

Disappointing

Photos are better than actual unit…. One positive is it was clean. The complex is noisy and the ceiling is paper thin you can hear every footstep, drawer opening and bathroom trip of the unit above you… it feels like a dark cave almost no light and the bus stops every 2 minutes in front of your living room sliding doors… the patio is only the depth of one person you would have to slide the bbq I front of the open doors to use it. The heater went out and we didn’t hear back from management until almost 5 AM on how to fix it making our last night there difficult… only refunded us a portion of our last day there. I would not stay here again or reccomend this place to anyone.

The location of this home was perfect for our stay. 0.2 miles to the town lift and approx 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Beds were very comfortable!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place right next to Park City mountain. Spacious, great kitchen, quiet. We had three adults but definitely can fit more. We walked to the hill the first day which is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit was perfect for my husband and our teenage boys.

We had a great time. You can walk right up the street to get on the lifts or take a quick free bus with a stop directly across the street. Modern and very clean. Only improvement could be more comfortable mattress and more stable bunk beds. Everytime one of our boys (16 and 18) moved the entire metal frame shook.

Traffic

If you don’t mind traffic, this place is for you. If you don’t want a view, this place is for you. It is right in the city, so I thought it would be convenient. We got tired of seeing bus wheels out the window. It is very close to the ski lifts. Walkable, or take the many free buses.
