Fantastic location and just a short walk to Main Street and Park City Mountain’s Town Lift. This comfortable condo sleeps up to 6 guests and offers unbeatable access to skiing, shopping, dining, nightlife, and more. Hop on the free town shuttle to access Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, and all of Park City's attractions.

The main suite has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and cable TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a third bathroom located in the hallway.

This property includes a fully equipped modern kitchen (recently upgraded) with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. A dining area seats 8 people comfortably and the breakfast bar seats 3. The living room features a gas-burning fireplace, stereo, and a flat-screen TV. Off the living room, you will find a brand new private hot tub for you to relax in after a day of exploring all Park City has to offer.

For your comfort, covered parking is located in the common garage with elevator access to the condo. Additional amenities include air conditioning, humidifier, water softener, high-speed Wi-Fi, private washer and dryer.

All around great!

Loved the unit! Spacious, well appointed, great location near town & bus stop to deer valley. We never moved our car! And a special thank you to Michael from Park City Lodging Concierge. He helped us with our security code; followed up to make sure we got in safely & then did the impossible by getting our group dinner reservations over the new year’s holiday!! Great experience!!

Great Stay!

This residence was such an amazing stay!! Very clean, well stocked and so close to main street. We were walking distance to town and the Town Life for those that want to ski Park City. Would stay again!

Place to be for anything you need

Unit is clean and has everything you could need. It’s location can’t be beat for shops, food, and the slopes(bus stop literally across from unit). Easy check in process. 2nd year renting and would be a no brainer if our party is back in the area

Great location and spacious 3 Bedroom Unit

Very comfortable unit for families. We were able to walk to the town lift and catch the bus to the transportation center right in front of the building. The three bedrooms were very spacious. And the hot tub was terrific for sore muscles after skiing.

Great Place To Stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean. It had everything we needed. It is a perfect location to all restaurants, shops and city park. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

Great place!

Condo was well equipped, clean, very spacious, in a great location, and the hot tub was awesome. We would definitely stay there again. My only negative comment would be that the master bed was too firm for our personal preference, but that would not stop me from returning. Thanks to the owners for opening up your home!

Great place to stay in a can’t beat location

The condo was bigger than the pictures show and is up to date, clean, and comfortable. It’s the perfect place to set up for a night out, a night in, or a day on the slopes.
