The Space:

This classic Seaside Bungalow has been restored, keeping all the beauty and details of its original construction, yet updated with modern conveniences. Whether you are relaxing before the stone fireplace or cooking in the modern kitchen, you will be so happy you chose this home. Right off the kitchen is a charming dining area. The wall of windows allows the sun to pour into both the dining area and kitchen.



There is one bedroom off the living room that is large and comfortable. Next to that is a recently updated bathroom. Down the hall is a true master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has also been recently refurbished with all the modern comforts. The master also includes a sliding glass door with access to the backyard patio and a private TV. Upstairs, in the low-ceiling attic, you will find two more beds, giving this home generous sleeping accommodation. Outside, you will find a charming patio, with plenty of seating for those warm sunny days. Inside or out, you will find this home has it all. And it's only a couple short blocks from the Promenade and the beach!

What a beautiful beach house!! Our family of 6 was so comfortable here and had plenty of space to enjoy. The kitchen and bathrooms were wonderfully stocked and updated and the bedrooms were very easy to relax in. It's a very short walk to the beach and also close to downtown. We'd definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about this house and our stay! Our family of 5 was 1 week into a 2 week road trip and this was the perfect place to use as a home base as we explored the PNW coast. Plenty of space and privacy. We appreciated being able to do laundry. We especially liked the upstairs space for the teenagers that like to stay up late, we couldn’t hear them at all! The house had everything we could have ever needed, the kitchen was fully stocked and the house was extremely clean. Super convenient location, easy check-in/check-out, close to Cannon beach, grocery, restaurants and tons to do in Seaside. 10/10 stay for our family, thank you!!

The house is charming and located ideally to take advantage of the coast. It is nicely outfitted and comfortable. Some prior guests with pets seem to have disregarded house rules and common courtesy, like keeping pets off of the furniture and picking up after their animals.

Great Place in Seaside

We were very comfortable in this nicely decorated little house. It had a very family and dog friendly vibe. It was located close to the beach (easy walking distance), and it was just a quick drive up to see Astoria. We'd love to stay again.

Perfect Beach Town Getaway

We loved this property from the minute we arrived. Very walkable to the beach and shops. The decor was spot on for a beach theme and the property was well maintained and very clean. Comfortably slept 6 adults. The Bathrooms were clean and recently updated. The Neighbors were very courteous and quiet. We are already looking to go back.

Another great experience with Vacasa!

This was our third year in a row booking with Vacasa for Corgi Beach Takeover in Seaside. I loved how dog friendly the home was; having dog poop bags and bowls readily available was a big help. The home was spacious and looked even better in person!

Wonderful beach home! Walking distance to beach, shops, & restaurants.

Such a comfortable place to stay. Convenient to everything. Enjoyed walks to the beach and relaxing in the outdoor space which is very private. A new favorite place to stay when we visit Seaside.

Cozy, Clean, and Perfect!

This home was amazing! So clean, spacious enough for family and pets, cozy fireplace, great back patio that is fenced in, lots of amenities, and comfy beds! Loved this home we will stay here again!
