2 Queen beds, walk to beach & downtown, riverview, dogs welcomed!

Experience sunrise on the river and sunset on the beach! Our cozy, dog-friendly tiny home was recently renovated & perfect for a couple or small family. We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa. Our stylish tiny home (stand-alone) has 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a queen hide-a-bed in the living room.

Top down and room darkening shades make the lighting in the bedroom adjustable to your preference.

Furry friends will enjoy their own bedding and blanket (couch cover) too.

The bathroom has an ADA size toilet and a small standing shower(no tub). It is separated from the sink and vanity space.

Our kitchenette has a mini fridge with space for all of the essentials. The microwave is perfect for late night snacks, and the single burner induction pan allows for cooking a simple meal. We have a coffee maker (single cup or full carafe), an electric kettle, a toaster and a mini waffle maker for the ambitious guests. Kitchen space is limited so we highly encourage taste testing local restaurants!

The yard is a work in progress but is fully enclosed/ fenced, though we recommend monitoring kiddos and pets while back there.

This home welcomes dogs of any size, but no other animals at this time.

Pet fee of $30 for up to 2 dogs, additional dogs 🐕 will be a charge of $20 each (our cleaners take additional time to ensure guests after your furry friends enjoy the same level of cleanliness). Fee will be requested after booking. For those going to the beach- our available beach essentials include: 4 adult size folding chairs, 1 toddler size folding chair, a beach blanket, wind inflatable loungers, 4 designated beach towels and a wagon to help with the short walk there! (No snorkeling gear, as this isn’t a common hobby in Oregon). Same day booking requests made after 11am may have a later check in time than 3pm. If unable to open before 5pm, we will give the option to cancel booking for full refund.
