Chalet #81 is part of the iconic Chalet on the Lake resort and is ideally located near the pool and tennis courts, placing some of the resort’s most popular amenities just a short walk away. This 2BR, 1.5BA chalet comfortably sleeps up to six guests and is available for rental year-round. Guests enjoy full access to the resort’s amenities, including sandy beaches, three swimming pools, sports courts, beach volleyball, playgrounds, scenic ponds, and more.



The Space:

Chalet #81 features inviting social living spaces designed for relaxing and spending time together. The open main level showcases classic wood interiors that create a warm chalet atmosphere, while the comfortable living area provides a welcoming space to unwind after a day at the beach or pool. The nearby dining area offers space for shared meals, and the full kitchen includes full size appliances and generous counter space for preparing meals during your stay.



Sliding doors from the living area lead to the screened porch, offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the surrounding grounds. The adjacent outdoor deck provides additional space for outdoor seating and fresh air.



Upstairs, two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements well suited for families or groups traveling together. The main full bathroom with walk in shower is located on the main level, while a convenient half bathroom is located upstairs.

Two dedicated parking spaces are included for easy arrivals and unloading. Please note that this home does not have a washer or dryer, though a nearby laundromat is available for guest use.



Chalet on the Lake is a private lakefront community with wide views of Lake Michigan and a long-standing, family-friendly atmosphere. Guests have access to shared amenities that include three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, shuffleboard, a beach volleyball court, and quiet pond areas. The sandy shoreline is the heart of the property, with an easy walk from the chalets to the water in every season.



Situated along the serene shoreline of Stevensville, the Resort also places you within moments of Southwest Michigan’s most treasured experiences. Spend your days exploring golden Lake Michigan beaches, boutique wineries, craft breweries, and farm-to-table restaurants that define the region’s coastal charm. Nearby St. Joseph and New Buffalo offer vibrant shopping, galleries, and seasonal festivals, while local trails, nature preserves, and orchards invite peaceful outdoor adventures.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the Chalets are duplex style. This rental is for one half of the duplex and guests will share a wall with the occupant of the adjacent unit.



To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.



All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.



The minimum age to rent this home is 25.



Pets are not allowed at this property.



A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.



Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
