This high-end Sunriver home will delight guests of all ages, whether you're excited about the downstairs game room, the private hot tub on the upstairs deck, or the natural light that floods the living room and kitchen. Grilling out on the deck is also a great option here and you'll be able to enjoy the nature that surrounds you!



Nestled in a peaceful north-end neighborhood, this family-friendly rental also features eight SHARC passes, with SHARC's pool and activities just two-and-a-half miles away. You're right around the corner from the crystal clear Deschutes River too. Fort Rock Park is just two miles away from this location - don't forget your camera and hiking boots. S Sunriver is in proximity to many beautiful public golf courses. Be sure to bring your bike along and take advantage of the bike trails nearby! If you're visiting in the wintertime, skiing at Mount Bachelor is only 23 miles away.



The upstairs and downstairs living spaces allow for plenty of room for everybody to spread out, and large windows and a vaulted ceiling in the main living room will give you the feeling that you're in the middle of a forest. You can enjoy the fresh air out on the deck, with plenty of furnishings to keep everyone comfortable. Afterwards, head back inside and warm up by the stone-hearth fireplace. Hardwood floors adorn the kitchen and dining areas, and the kitchen is fully equipped. You'll love whipping up savory meals to enjoy at the glass table for eight! A private washer and dryer are provided, as well as two TVs and free WiFi. There's plenty of space for four cars to park here in the driveway and garage. The two master suites both feature walk-in closets.

Delightful home

This home was the perfect place for our family! It was very clean and we had more than enough space for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked. The bikes were fun to ride and we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

Stay at 35 Topflite

The house was overall very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances excellent. However, theTV in the living room was way too small, the sofa cushions constantly needed repositioning, and there was insufficient seating in the room with the larger TV.Some of the bikes were unfit for riding because of wobbly seats and/or handlebars. Nevertheless we had a very pleasant experience.

Beautiful home

Love the high ceilings and looking at the snowy trees. Plenty of kitchen items to cook. The fireplace doesn’t always work and vacasa won’t help you with it which is too bad.

Nice and quiet.

No A/C, but made due. Opened windows and brought a lot of cooler outside night air. Spent a lot of time at the SHARC during the hotter parts of the day. Basic home, enjoyed every minute.

Very clean and comfortable.

The kitchen is very adequately stocked with dishes and all needed for cooking. Nice refrigerator with a second fridge in garage. The bicycles were a pleasant surprise. The Vacasa staff was very responsive to our needs and came quickly to assist us. The master bedroom king bed was great but the beds downstairs were uncomfortable. One outdoor light by the garage doors needs to be replaced.

Family friendly and clean

The house was great, perfect for family or even just a group. Very clean, a little outdated but still an amazing home. Lots of space, lots of privacy for each person. House and kitchen were well furnished so it wasn’t an issue when we forgot to pack some items. It is less than a mile walk to the river so you get some beautiful views. It was in a nice area and the kids had a great watching the deer in the backyard. Highly recommend for a group. Bonus points for being a very small child friendly home. Movies and books and toys and even bikes for the littles to enjoy. Very easy to contact and get ahold of the host when there way a question or issue. Easy check out process and very little to do when leaving.

AC needs upgrade

This was a great house for our family of 5. One drawback is the air conditioning. It basically will not cool the house down. Always 82 degrees inside until nighttime when we could open up the windows to cool the house down. Plan on using fans every night

Great family get stay

We had a great stay with our family. Great location, lots of bike trails. The house needs little Tlc. Maintenance at the house is very poor. Outside deck was not clean, hot tub was not ready to use when we arrived. It was cold and dirty. When maintenance guy arrived he said there was no chemicals and not ready to use. We had to Waite till next day. Since the house located in the woods, there was lots of bugs and spiders downstairs. No big deal but pest control need to be on schedule year around. Overall great stay.

Very adequate in good location

Layout of house is really nice and in a good location. Carpets are very dirty, had to call for dishwasher soap and garbage bags. One SHARC pass was missing, but we were able to get a temp pass. House has 4 adult bikes, a few more bikes would have been nice. Driveway has a tree in a bad location, but they do note it many times. AC was broken, crossed out on sheet, fans were provided. House well furnished and as advertised. Decks were not blown off prior to arrival and windows really dirty. Hot tub in good working order. Plenty of towels and spices were available for use.

Beautiful Home….But Renter Beware

This home is beautiful and very clean. Except the hot tub. The location is great and very spacious for families. We did end up having a gas leak coming from the fireplace and the host did get this fixed quickly. But could not use the fireplace-not a biggie since it is summer. BUT! Speaking of summer-this house in the listing states it has air conditioning. It absolutely does not. I did not see the previous review about this until after I rented it. So when the host called prior to our stay, I inquired and was told it did have air conditioning. Again, it does not. And being a woman with serious hot flashes as well as small grandchildren who have to nap during the day, I would have not rented this particular house had I known. One would think if a previous review was written about this very thing, they would correct their amenities listed. But great house in the cooler seasons of the year.

Summer renters beware. Listing states this property has air conditioning. Despite confirming this with property management before our stay, it absolutely does not have air conditioning. Once there and realized, made contact with property management and nothing was done. I made repeated attempts to get an answer-nothing. I’m still waiting on some resolution. Also-had a gas leak from the fireplace and I thank goodness we caught before everyone went to sleep. They did not come out quickly to shut it off. Went to use the hot tub to discover a can of Copenhagen floating on it with tobacco in the hot tub so clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. We did throw it out. The house is beautiful and overall well kept. Plenty of room. But I feel like it was false advertising with regards to the air conditioning.

Beautiful home!

Loved the beautiful floor to ceiling windows and all of the furnishings. The house did have a patio table and chairs(not shown in pictures) and plenty of bikes, life vests and helmets in the garage, also not pictured online.

Lovely home!

Great house... clean, comfy, and plenty of bathrooms for multiple people. Only 7 Sharc cards were available (vs 8), so we had to purchase a pass for one person each day. We noticed a bad smell from the nearby sewage treatment plant that forced us to close all the windows in the summer heat. Not ideal, but the smell dissipated by the following day and was fine for the remainder of the trip. Otherwise, the house was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean house, bedrooms spread out, highly recommended, quiet area of Sunriver!

The house was clean, we stayed for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave. Kitchen well-equipped w all sorts of cooking and baking needs, and a Mr Coffee w filters. The gas fireplace was a warm welcome, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms were spread out so all was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. The play room downstairs included nice big TV, garage was large but we did t pull out cars into it since it was half full with bikes, outdoor table, outdoor chairs. The 2nd floor deck out back was a perfect place to hang, quiet neighborhood. There are pine trees et next to deck, had to be careful of droppings of sap. I’d say they could use some bright lights in dining room and living room, because there was only one table lamp in the living room, and ceiling lights that were placed in the very tall ceilings, so there wasn’t ample reading or playing cards lights on floor 2 The floor lamp in floor 2 bedroom didn’t work, ther were a couple of lightbulbs on floor 1 that didn’t work, and the,gas,firelace wouldn’t light. The Vacasa agency sent out a couple of friendly guys who replaced lightbulbs, got the fireplace to work, and they removed the broken floor lamp to to the garage. Vacasa was very attentive, we would recommend this house and might rent the same home next time we are in Sunriver. Also, Deschutes river is an easy walk from the house, and the bridge is also nearby w lots of Forest Service trails and bike trails just over the bridge.

Beautiful Spacious Home

Lots of light, well equipped and maintained. It was perfect configuration for our family, with good separation of space for two families. Location is perfect for activities in Sunriver or Bend and easy access to Mt Bachelor. We’ll be back for sure.

A perfect family spot

The house is setup perfectly for a family. With the two bedrooms downstairs as well as the tv room, all the teenagers could hang out. And the upstairs is large enough for large family meals and games. Lots of space, both indoors and outdoor. Also, we loved having the garage refridgerator for all of our groceries. Would defenitely book this house again.
