Our stay with VRBO/Avari Management was just brilliant! The property was exactly as described (if not better!) and Avari provided additional “touches” that were above and beyond our expectations! The property itself was exactly as described but additional touches included:- clearly labeled kitchen cabinets and drawers. Everything was clearly labeled to avoid the constant opening and closing storage to find what you might need.- a box containing kitchen dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, as well as washing machine pods. - lots and lots of literature on “things to do” in the host city area.- passes for a free tasting at a local distillery.- notebooks with information regarding our stay. All of these extras were greatly appreciated and incredibly thoughtful.Communication was excellent throughout our stay with clear directions, entry processes, and checkout procedures. Couldn’t have asked for better communication.

Matthew, we’re thrilled to hear that your stay was brilliant! It’s wonderful to know that the little touches we provide, like the labeled kitchen cabinets and the thoughtful extras, made a difference for you. We believe that these details can really enhance the experience, and it’s great to see that you appreciated them. We’re also glad that our communication met your expectations. Ensuring that our guests feel informed and comfortable is a top priority for us. Thank you for highlighting the local literature and the tasting passes; we love sharing the best of Hood River with our guests. We hope to welcome you back soon for another memorable stay!

Really nice condo. Very clean with nice, comfortable beds. We were there in the middle of winter so there wasn't much in the form of crowds. But we have been here in summer before and I can tell you that the location is right in the middle of everything good - boating, parasailing, fishing, brewery hopping and winery tours. It's all in this area and this condo is in the heart of that. Having fun in Oregon!
