The Space:

This gorgeous townhome boasts ocean views, quality furnishings, and is only half a block from the beach.



Unwind in the living room where you can stretch out on the sofa and watch TV, or gather together at night for a group movie. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances will be calling your name come mealtime. Dine at the breakfast bar or at the table fit for five.



At night, rest up in the three uniquely outfitted bedrooms. Two rooms feature private balcony access while the primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub.

Very comfortable place. Easy walk to the beach for sunsets and walks. Nice views of beach from most rooms. Would recommend this place!

The listing was inaccurate in a few key ways that others should know about. If you have pet allergies be advised this rental has had pets in it. On VRBO it was listed as pet free, however upon arriving there was a basket for dog towels advising this was a pet friendly property and to please not mix pet laundry with other laundry. There was also a pet bed present. The property management co. said there were no pets in the property recently but this is doubtable as there was still a smell of animals though not strong. My family had to leave the property due to pet allergies and find alternate lodging very late in the afternoon. The other issue was that there was no BBQ pit present at the property as was advertised in the title of the listing. We ended up spending far more on dining as a result of only finding lodging at a hotel that did not have a kitchen we could utilize. The property management co. refunded our booking but offered no other compensation for the trouble and inaccurate listing. The property was nice, in a great location and would have been a great stay if it were not for these important details mentioned in this review.

Great place. Really enjoyed our time here. Good cookware. Great for two small families. Very convenient to the beach. Plenty of soaps, toilet paper, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Great townhouse, close to beach

Nice townhouse, well kept up and close to beach. Quiet area, private. Kitchen is nice, grill is awesome. Bed was comfortable.

Nice decor. Clean. Elevator (not opperational) Needs new set of pans and pots. They all scratched up. Suggest to use granitestone for rentals

Great location with easy access to beach & town. Good layout for groups with 'shared' space on middle level. Ocean views are only in the master bedroom (which is awesome), but both lower & main levels have decks to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and feel like your own private space. Was the perfect place/stay for our girls trip!

Second time staying at this house. Very well equipped with all needs. 4minute walk to beach. Excellent choice.

Great townhome, with easy beach access.

We loved our stay here. The townhome is a part of a small complex of similar units, clean, minutes walk to the beach, and close to town. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was an elevator for guests who didn't want to do the stairs, but has to be arranged ahead of time. Highly recommend.

The owners of Shoerbird previously owned another condo that we called "Pelican Perch" which is in the same development.
