The Space:

Find the utmost in privacy as well as convenience at this tree-lined home in Florence, ideally situated within a short stroll of Heceta Beach.



This two-story home sits a quarter-mile from an access path to a peaceful stretch of Heceta Beach, a wonderful, tranquil spot for boogie boarding and beachcombing. The property itself is quiet, surrounded by beautiful coastal vegetation, and securely fenced for your dogs. In the surrounding area, you'll have great options for crabbing, fishing, hiking, and visiting such Oregon Coast landmarks as the Sea Lion Caves and Heceta Head Lighthouse.



Walk home from the beach in the afternoons to let your dogs play on the pebbly grounds, relax outside on the small front porch, or gather around the firepit to swap stories and ease the chill of the ocean waves.



The home's interior is bright, open, and inviting. Get started on dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down to eat at the two breakfast bars, and spend the evening hours watching DVDs from the movie library and playing board games in the living room.

The cabin was nice and comfortable. The kitchen was functional. They had games and a fabulous array of movies. The yard is just gravel with a high fence. It was a short walk to the beach! The team was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walking distance from beach.Great for a family of 4.Host was excellent at communicating with us no matter the time.The house needs more cleaning in the doors, dresser drawers and refrigerator.Maybe a couple more kitchen utensils.

Our stay for Fourth of July was great. The beach is a close walk and town is just a few minutes away. My only gripe is the images showed a grill on the front porch, but there was no grill to be found when we arrived. That put a slight damper on our July 4th grilling plans. Otherwise the property was just fine

As someone who doesn’t travel without my (3) dogs, I was super happy with the dog-friendliness of this place! The property and house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Within short walking distance of the beach and less than 10 minutes from Fred Meyer. My only points are I wish the provided dog water bowl had been cleaned, and that there were poop bags because I threw away just about as many pebbles as I did poop

A great and private space to enjoy your Oregon adventure!

We have stayed here twice and absolutely love that there is a large yard with a privacy fence. In addition, the beach is only a block away which is great. There are so many fun things to do in the area and we thoroughly enjoyed a sandboarding experience behind the Fred Meyers in Florence. I would highly recommend staying here!

Private and perfect for quick trip

Smooth and easy check in process. The privacy of the property was great for our family and our dog! The house was super clean and had necessities minus groceries but Fred Meyer was less than 10 mins down the road. Beach was a short walk down 2 blocks, which was perfect. We enjoyed staying here.

This is a nice, single family home. It does not have a washer and dry. The bathroom was adequate but could use more shelves to put our belongings on. The beds were comfortable. The wifi was tricky to get connected to, and it was a little hard to communicate with the host because there is no one local here. It seems to be owned by a large company in another state with a 1-800 number to call with issues. It was hard to find the number.
