The Space:

This cozy, relaxing, and comfortable home in Yachats is a great place to enjoy a nice beach getaway. With plenty of space for four people, dog-friendly attitude, and even a private hot tub, you will feel right at home here!



Located about five minutes north of Yachats, this home is in a quiet neighborhood and is a short drive to the beautiful, uncrowded beach! Spend your mornings beachcombing, looking for tidepools, and walking along the sandy shore, then head into town for a nice lunch at a restaurant and some gallery browsing!



This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home easily accommodates four guests, and you are even welcome to bring up to two dogs with you (though a nightly fee per dog and minimum fee per stay will apply)! Your furry friends will love walking on the beach just as much as you will.



Inside, a colorful and warm color scheme will greet you. Sit in the living room area and pick a DVD to watch (or bring along one of your favorites), play video games on the Nintendo gaming system, stream Netflix, choose a board game to play, use the Internet to look up activities, or simply sit and enjoy the crackling warmth of the wood-burning fireplace.



The full kitchen has all major appliances, so cooking during your stay will be a breeze! When it's time to head to bed, choose between the room with the soft, full-size bed, or the second bedroom which has a queen-size bed and a door that opens up to the deck. Head out to the backyard for s'mores at the fire pit.



Outside you will find a lovely hot tub! Located under a roof, you will love sitting in the marvelously relaxing hot tub anytime, especially during one of the coast's frequent rainstorms - just imagine listening to the rain bounce off the roof while you relax in the hot tub!



This home would be a perfect budget-friendly way for a small group of people to enjoy a beach getaway. Yachats has plenty to keep you busy, but if you start to yearn for a larger city, head north about 25 minutes to reach Newport, where the aquarium, antique shops, and huge variety of restaurants will certainly keep you entertained!



When you're ready for a nice vacation to the coast, this lovely home in Yachats is ready and waiting for you!

We chose this little house for a short stay because it was pet friendly, available last minute and affordable. It’s far off the highway so very private and quiet. The hot tub was nice and the fenced yard was a plus. We did bring our own food but there was no cooking oil so bring your own. The dryer was also packed full of towels and sheets upon our arrival (nobody wants to fold laundry that isn’t theirs on their vacation). Besides that, it’s a cute place and we’d probably stay again.

Little hidden gem, we enjoyed staying here. Great place for a dog owner, we could relax in the yard with the dogs, fully fenced. Great place for a family or couple. Very close (driveable) to yachats and waldport. This is not right on the beach fyi but we just loaded up and drove and there are some quick and easy access points nearby.

We chose this spot because it was pet friendly and near Tillicum campground, where we were staying. (We needed a break from the rain and cold.)It met our needs-- good shower, clean hot tub, and fast internet. The house is like stepping back into 1970! It sems to have all of the original furniture and art: plaid couches, autumn dinnerware, and mid-century art.We were disappointed that the management company, which mentioned the possibility of early checkin, stuck to the 4 pm time. And 10 is early for checkout. There were a couple of "warning signs" in the livingroom, which made us feel a lot less welcome than in owner-rented homes.Other than that, it fit our needs.

We stayed here because it was dog friendly. The house is on a small lot with very close neighbors. So close that it's hard to tell which driveway to use and there's no indication of which one. Some of the issue is the management company, they want you out by 10am, most places are at least 11am. They give you a huge ten digit number to unlock the door, which is ridiculous and annoying. I felt like although this place says it's dog friendly, they are kinda uptight. There's a 100 dollar fee for leaving any debris in the yard. The hot tub is tiny and yes, it states the house is not on the beach, but it's up a little dirt road with a couple of janky looking houses. This place wants to ask peak season prices but the only thing going for it is the dog friendly aspect. The bathroom is tiny and barely adequate. Our bed was saggy, and after two nights hurt my back, and we are not big people. Otherwise it was okay, adequate but overpriced in my opinion. Small yard, secure for a dog.
