This newly appointed Seaside gem is perfect for a small family or a few friends to get away for some rest, relaxation, and a little vitamin "sea".😊
Get all comfy in front of the massive flat screen and if tv isn't your thing it's mounted right above a beautiful gas fireplace. Just perfect for those balmy beach nights.
The Kitchen is fully loaded with dishwasher and full size stove and refrigerator. Cook and bakeware is provided to prepare meals for 6 guest. The deck just outside the kitchen has a gas grill, picnic table and plenty of seating. There is also a waffle iron and insta-pot for your convenience.
This house is made for and appointed for guests comfort. Have a seat on the front deck and enjoy the quiet and listen to the waves lapping at the shore, or retire to the living room and the cozy sectional where you can sink in and catch a movie. The back deck has a grill and picnic table or play games or put a puzzle together at the dining room table. Even prepare a gourmet meal in the fully stocked Kitchen. The Orca House has everything needed to make your beach get-a-way extra special. Make your reservations today!

We loved this house. It is charming with modern amenities. It is five houses from the beach access through a grassy trail. It is also five houses from the promenade. We walked the promenade several times to enjoy food and shops. The beach is expansive here, like we have never seen before. We traveled Hwy101 all the way to Cape Maeres stopping for breathtaking views and charming beach towns. We highly recommend this location.

This was a a super experience for our 10 people staying in a place that had every need we could ask for, and one amazing host to work with. The location and views were spectacular, and the interior was very welcoming with multiple areas to gather. We had a few youth and they loved the basement room space. Group meals were a hit with all the needs of a gourmet kitchen. So many little extras that made this house a perfect fit for our needs and memories were made.

The orca house was perfect for our stay in seaside. It was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very thoughtful in including extras at the house, like board games, beach chairs, beach towels. The house is on a dead end street and is a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waves. The walk to downtown is short too, but the house is far enough away that you can get peace and quiet. 10/10 would recommend.

The home is well-equipped and fully stocked with all necessary household items (even coffee). Its location is ideal for walking to the beach or downtown. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Seaside at Orca Beach House.

The property's location was a half a block to the promenade walkway and the trail to the beach. Home is very nice, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Nice back deck and yard for the dog.

The whole home is so well equipped. Phone chargers and outlets everywhere. Loved the coziness of the home and all the great decorations to look at. Dog loved the backyard!! Just one of the best VRBO we have every stayed. Beds were so comfortable and the couches too.. Will stay here again for sure. Thanks for making our visit and stay so wonderful

The orca house felt very clean. They thought of every amenity you could need. The best part is how close you are to the beach and also to downtown. The front decks are perfect to sunbath and enjoy the water view. We will definitely be coming back.

Home was VERY clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the needed amenities and spices. This was easily one of the best beach homes we have stayed at. The location was wonderful with easy access to the beach and a leisurely 10 minute walk to the main Seaside shopping and food. We would definitely stay here again!
