The Space:

This recently remodeled home offers a warm and cozy cabin feel, creating the perfect ambience for families and couples looking to get away from it all. Here on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Sunriver, you'll be treated to such thoughtful touches as granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, slate floors, and comfortable leather furnishings. Enjoy use of family-friendly amenities that include a double BOB stroller, a single BOB stroller, a single and double Burley bike trailer, four adult-size bikes, and two kids' bikes to help you get around on the miles of trails that weave throughout the resort. There's even a foosball table in the garage, an outdoor deck with dining space, and a private hot tub for enjoying the beautiful starry nights in Central Oregon.



What's nearby:

This home, which comes with eight passes to SHARC, is an easy walk from Sunriver's famed aquatics facility. The Lodge, the stables, Fort Rock Park, and the shops and restaurants in the Village at Sunriver are all within a short bike ride as well. The slopes of Mt. Bachelor are 23 miles west, offering amazing skiing and snowboarding in the winter and exciting mountain biking and hiking opportunities all summer.

Great stay in Sunriver

A spacious, well located and well equipped house in Sunriver. Had plenty of bikes for kids and adults and questions were quickly answered during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a great location!

We loved the proximity to the Village and SHARC, as well as Fort Rock Park, but in a quiet neighborhood off the busy roads. Plenty of space for our group of 8, with a clean hot tub, well-equipped kitchen, and bikes! We enjoyed the fireplace too!

Very comfortable and equipped vacation home for all 8 guests. Perfect for families or adult groups. Located in a quiet area, about .5 mile from SHARC and the Village. Bike trails just down the road—easy access everywhere.

Very Comfortable Home

We loved the ease of access to sledding hills, Mt. Bachelor, & Bend, as well as being able to take advantage of the SHARC passes. Further, it's an extremely comfortable home which accommodated our two families easily.

7 Little Court was conveniently located for easy access to bike paths, SHARC, and Village. There were plenty of bikes to choose from, lots of DVDs & games to pick from, and easy to use amenities like the hot tub and foos ball table.

Great and Not Great

My family and I had a nice stay, but will be looking elsewhere to stay during future visits to Sunriver. The house could be amazing but so much of it is in a state of disrepair (faucets, outlets, bikes, etc). There was also substantial dirt/crumbs visible under chairs. This place would be 5 stars all day long it it was taken care of better

Dave was super helpful with getting us settled in and helping us out when we needed to book a few extra nights. Derek sorted out our booking for extending one night and booking another room nearby. I don't remember the name of who we spoke to about the switching of rooms but when it came time you guys made it so easy for us, taking our bags over was pleasantly surprising and really stood out to us. Just overall had an amazing time and you guys made a really stressful situation become a breeze so thank you!
