Nice, quiet neighborhood located close to the freeway and Autzen Field! It is a condo but it's very quiet inside. We didn't hear any families on either side of us. We will definitely consider this property for future trips to Eugene!

We could tell the townhome was very new. It was very clean, organized and well stocked with certain essentials. Only suggestions for improvements may be additional hooks or bars for towels, a bigger, sauté pan, then maybe oven mitts. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay at a very nice facility. Thank you

The home was clean and stocked with basic amenities. However, they could do a better job explaining the parking situation. It appears you are not allowed to park in front of the residence. The parking they list is that there are two spots allowed in the rear of the property. There is no way to get into the home from the rear and you literally have to walk around the entire block to get into the home or drop someone off in the front so they could open the garage from the rear of the home.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback. We regret to hear there was some confusion regarding the parking situation. The access to this home is on the front of the home, as you stated, and the driveway is on the back of the home. This home does not allow garage parking due to HOA rules and regulations. There is temporary parking across the street on the front of the house, which guest can park for a short time. Guests can enter the front of the home and open the garage door manually to allow others to enter by foot through the garage and then into the home. Walking around the block is not needed. There is room for 2 cars to park behind the unit in the driveway, and multiple other parking spots as well, behind the home in a parking lot. We value your insights and hope to host you again for a better experience.
