良かった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
The home itself was quite lovely and spacious. Plenty of room for the five of us to move around without stepping all over each other. The location and price point was perfect for what we needed. Close proximity to shopping and entertainment. Affordable with plenty of amenities. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet.However the check in process was deeply unnerving and left an uneasiness for the duration of our stay. I’ve never had a host meet us at the property let alone be waiting inside for our arrival. That made us very uncomfortable. The host gave us a tour of the property which I thought odd. They explained the rules. The dos and donts. All of which could have been sent via message when I asked for the door code. While I believe the host’s intentions were to provide good customer service, the interaction crossed the line from attentive to feeling invasive.
