The Space:

This beautiful Sunriver condo offers a serene landing point for your next visit to the PNW! Updated and full of sunlight, from the moment you walk inside you'll feel right at home.



Under the vaulted ceilings, enjoy the living room's oversized sofa, wood-burning fireplace, and Smart TV. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops - making cooking a breeze.



The condo's bedroom and loft space are equally cozy with great perks like soft linens, tasteful decorations, and ample natural lighting. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the interior amenities.



Outside, enjoy the pleasant weather from the spacious deck equipped with a grill, or head for one of the community's shared pools, tennis court, or Meadows Golf Course. Within 20 miles of your stay, enjoy exploring Lava River Cave, Newberry National Volcanic Monument, Benham Falls, the High Desert Museum, Old Mill District, and Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort.

Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Close to all the resort amenities! Beds were extremely comfortable. Very clear and easy check in and check out information. We hope to stay again soon!"

Great stay

Wonderful stay in Sun River. Well appointed condo, perfect amount of space, easy access to bike trails; No access to a small condo pool or tennis courts, but does have SHARC passes which is a nice plus. Easy walk to village. Overall, would recommend!

Great experience!

This rental was a great experience, it was my first time in Sunriver and absolutely loved it. The unit was very clean and felt updated. It was very nicely decorated and close to the community amenities. I would definitely book this unit again.

Perfect!

We had an amazing stay here! Location is ideal! The condo is spotless, very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Our family cooked dinners at home and we found the kitchen perfectly appointed. The size of the condo was excellent for our busy family, there is great separation of space, kids and parents had plenty of room to relax! We cannot wait to return.

Perfect stay!

The house is incredibly clean and very comfortable! Great location within Sunriver. The condo is located right on the golf course and during our stay a golf ball hit the house so if you have small kids and plan on spending a lot of time on the deck be aware of the potential danger. Would definitely book this place again! Communication with staff was great, let us know of early check in availability and very flexible about arranging late check out. 5 stars!

Great Spot!

This home is very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed and communication with Vacasa was quick and smooth. The home is quaint with plenty of room for a family of four or two couples. The only ding I would give is that the trash cans were already full, so I was unable to properly empty the trash.I would stay here again!

Lovely stay

We (2 adults + 2 kids) spent a week at Meadow House 31 and had a great time! The house is in a great location - right in the middle of everything but felt very quiet and private. There were beautiful views from the deck and it was a quick walk to the Lodge. It was clean and updated with comfy beds and nice linens. We had issues with the AC when we got there, after calling the local office they sent someone out right away and fixed it. We hope to return soon!
