The Space:

You'll feel like you're already at the beach when you stay at this spacious, fully-renovated Island Club townhouse. The tranquil blue color palette and the coastal artwork are almost as soothing as the lagoon and fountain view from the large private patio. The quiet location is ideal - no upstairs neighbors - and the beach is only a short walk down the complex's private paved path. This community has no shortage of activities, and this unit is closer to the recreation than many of the beachside units. You can hold a family sports tournament on the tennis or basketball courts, keep up appearances at the fitness center, or relax in a hot tub. If you opt for a pool day, the fitness-minded can head to the large lap pool while the kids play under the mushroom fountain at the zero-entry children's pool. For mealtimes, there is a large shared gas grill only 100 feet from the front door and a nearby picnic area with a playground and lawn games like corn hole and lawn golf. When you want to go gourmet, indoor meal prep is an option too. The kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops and new appliances and opens right up to the living area, where you can lounge on the plush furniture and enjoy the 50-inch Samsung Smart TV. The owners didn't overlook any detail when putting the finishing touches on this home, from the main bathroom's walk-in shower to the powder room's quartz countertops.



You and your guests will also enjoy exclusive access to a host of incredible on-site amenities including seasonal pools, a hot tub, tennis center, picnic areas, and five convenient beach access points. And while this community is tucked away in a quiet corner of Hilton Head, it is also just minutes away from some of the most popular attractions on the island.

Great beach rental

This home was perfect for us! The beach and the pools were just steps away. The layout of the home was also great with the bedrooms upstairs and the living area and kitchen downstairs. Comfy beds, plenty of bath towels, and a fully functional kitchen (lots of pots/pans/kitchen utensils/etc.). We had a great stay!

Perfect Getaway

Unit 146 has all the conveniences of home just a short walk from the beach. There is a great fenced area that is perfect for beach chairs and toys outside. Living room and deck have a lovely view of a lagoon which makes it so peaceful. You will have a WONDERFUL time

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. It is a well-maintained property that is convenient to the beach and the community pool. The deck is peaceful with a nice view and easy access to the lagoon. We have stayed at Island Club multiple times in the past in the single level units that are closer to the beach. We preferred this unit for a few reasons: parking right outside the unit, first floor access, having a two floor condo was great for a family of five (the bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen/living area is downstairs), the added space of a two floor condo, and having an extra half bathroom.

We spent a week at Island Club 146 with our toddler and it was fantastic. Very family friendly - lots of room to play, kid utensils/plates/cups available, kids bedroom with bathroom that had a tub, and turtles in the pond right outside the patio (every toddlers dream)! There was a living room/dining area that was perfect for family game nights. It was very clean and organized. All appliances were working great - laundry in the unit was very helpful. Convenient to both the beach and pool. We really had a great time - would definitely try to book this unit again for future vacations.

Coastal beach vibe unit, clean, great location

I traveled to HH with my family of 4, including a 6 yr old and 10 yr old. This unit was super clean, had everything you needed, with modern amenities. The property sits on the beach and was a 5-minute walk over the property/boardwalk to the beach. If the owners maintain everything on this unit, I will stay year after year. Next year-booked!

The place was beautiful! Close to ocean and pool. Everything was stocked! Nice to have washer and dryer right in the condo. Only disappointment was the hot tub not being open, so if that’s what you really want I would check in advance! Pool was heated and clean :)

Good Unit

We stay at this unit several times a year. The location is great. Island Club is maintained well and the owner has made some good upgrades (bathrooms, bunk-beds.) It is generally a quiet complex which makes the stay very enjoyable. Having said that the Vacasa maintenance staff has not had the unit ready at 4 o'clock check-in time at least twice. They have also tried to come in early on check-out day. The bedroom floors creek.

First time at Island club the only complaint I have is when we pulled in security said I will let you find it. We drove around looking a while. Loved the condo and location.

Quiet and nice condo

We really enjoyed our spring break trip. The condo was as pictured and expected. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The bathrooms were updated and nice. We loved the location of the complex with the beach access. During our trip, the complex was fairly quiet so we enjoyed the pool almost too ourselves and had plenty of room to spread out on the beach. We did have issues with the app. The gate code and wifi password given in the app were not the correct ones. We also had an issue with our door code. The initial one given did not work. We were lucky to be there when someone was on call so that we could get that fixed - and it was quickly.
