Cute condo!

This was a perfect condo for our family of four. It is nicely decorated and very clean. The location was quiet and steps from the pool. We would love to stay again in the future!

The walk to the beach isn't the best after a long day. Everything else is perfect. Decent size. Very clean. Nice area

You get what you pay for.Could do better job cleaning and upgrades.A maintenance person came in using a code, he didn’t even knock and one notified us about this. My sister who was alone at the time, was terrified. There was a cigarette in the pool, not sure who’s in charge of cleaning the pool and how often but I only saw someone cleaning the last day of our stay. The condo is suitable for about 4 people not 6. I would have been better off sleeping on the floor than in the pull out mattress, the plastic on the mattress made a lot of noise and I was practically sleeping on the cold frame. I’m sorry but I only stayed here because it was affordable for a quick getaway but I won’t be staying here again.

Great Location, but apartment could use work

Location was great - close to beach, dining, bike trails, etc. However, apartment had several minor issues that were more of a nuisance than anything major (I.e. dishwasher door, bathroom sink, bathtub). Dated property and furniture that, while decorated well, shows its age. Felt like management company skimped on consumable materials by providing low quantity(I.e trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soap). Communication was good, and checkin was easy. Reached out for maintenance assistance once as bathtub spout wasn’t connected and they responded in a timely manner with quick assistance.
