The Space:

Take the break you've been waiting for in this lovely Island Club villa that features an updated kitchen, a wide patio, and access to shared pools and hot tub, and a nearby beach. The condo overlooks the sub-tropical vegetation and manicured walkways of the resort.



Hilton Head is just a short drive away, where you can shop, eat, or play 18-holes at one of the many golf courses. A quick walk from your villa leads you to the private beach and other resort amenities, like the picnic and barbecue area, tennis courts, and pools for adults and children wanting to splash around. You can also fish in the lagoon or workout at the fitness center.



This two-bedroom condo features an updated kitchen with modern, white appliances and an open configuration that provides relaxing views. The living room offers guests a comfy sofabed, ample seating, and access to the deck. The primary bedroom contains a king bed, 30-inch flatscreen TV, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and deck access. The living room has a 42-inch flatscreen TV and free WiFi is available throughout the rental. Take care of laundry easily with a private washer/dryer.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Very nice family vacation spot

Our family loved our stay here. It was our first time in Hilton head and we had an amazing trip. The condo was perfect for our family. It was convenient to all the islands attractions, it was spacious, and very clean. The beach access made it very nice with our kids and they loved the pool. We will definitely consider this location next year.

Just as good the second time around

Second time staying here. Very clean, decorated nicely, family oriented with lots of games and very few breakable knickknacks. We really like this place!

Spring Getaway

Absolutely floored at how perfect this little spot is!! Tucked away in a residential area about 500 feet from both the pool AND beach! For a family of three it had everything we needed and more. It was immaculately clean, bright, and we felt right at home. We have never been to Hilton Head and this little spot helped us to fall in love even more. If I could give it more stars I would!

Loved the book and game selection in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen was great for all meal prep (we ate in all meals but one). A little but great thing- plenty of towel racks/hooks for all the towels and swim gear to hang on! New closet shelving in master bed made it smaller but made organizing easy.

This is a terrific spot, clean and well-appointed, steps from the beach. But beware: bring your own coffee and tea, cooking oil, plastic wrap. Plus: beach chairs and towels, not provided by the owner. Even with those lacking, it was an enjoyable stay.

Nice condo

This condo was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is so well stocked... Everything you could ever need. The furniture and beds very comfortable. When we arrived our toilet handle was broken and itbyook Vacasa 24 hrs to get someone out to fix it. After that we had no issues. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

I’m always happy when the kitchen is fully equipped. I cooked our Thanksgiving meal for six and had everything I needed. (My sister cooked the turkey in her kitchen). The condo was very clean and tidy. My Dad has had a timeshare at the Island Club since I was in college. This condo is so much nicer than the timeshare units. Lots and lots of games to play, books to read and very kid friendly. Vacasa was great to work with.

The condo has some updated things but overall had old counter tops, range top and flooring. Many improvements could be made to this property to make it more comfortable. The number of coffee cups, wine glass and other items in the cabinets made it cramped for grocery items that we purchased to have room for storage. They need an organizer to come in and rid it of so many extra, unnecessary items.

Great location

We were notified that the main bathroom couldnt be used 1 hour before check in. We were given a couple options. We had to deal with multiple calls through the week from the property manager and finally received $300 refunded on the last day of our stay simce the main bathroom couldn't be used. The location is great, and it is just a short walk from the beach! The condo wasn't the cleanest. The bathrooms were dirty.

On the Beach

This property is excellent if you want to be steps from the beach. You can’t really see it from the balcony but you’re right on the beach. There is a wheelchair access path which makes it very easy to roll carts and wagons out. The condo was nice for me & my two kids and would accommodate a family of 5 easily with the 2nd bedroom having a twin & a full. My only complaints are that the shades on the master window need to be replaced, I couldn’t open them and enjoy the lagoon view but I was able to open the window and get a breeze; the other is that the cooktop is old and the eyes aren’t level. It would be nice to have a glass top range for anyone who cooks. The pool isn’t as big and nice as it looks in the pictures, but we were here to enjoy the beach. Overall, the stay was great and the location is very peaceful but still close to food and shopping.

Amazing location, great amenities, and right on beach.

This condo was easy to book. The rate was very affordable for the time of year we went. You could be out the door and in the ocean in 5 minutes (walking with a toddler). The beds were comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The toddler pool was fun with fountains. Close driving to everything you could want to go to. There are plenty of coffee cups and bowls and silverware. The washer/dryer are great, though small. Bring pool/beach towels as they aren't provided and laundry detergent. Could have been operator error, but the toaster oven never got hot. There's a toaster provided as well. The Keurig was really nice. There's a closet that has some beach stuff in it, but bring your own to have what you want. There is a huge selection of books available and a DVD player. Have already recommended this condo to family and friends. Will book again.

Better than expected

Loved staying here. Location is absolutely perfect. Condo was clean, stocked kitchen for cooking, start pack of items lasted the entire stay, bonuses were the alarm clocks with wireless phone chargers, ability for k-cups or brew a pot of coffee, beach toys, private laundry, took of the line furniture plus comfy beds. Enjoyed having carpet for baby to sit and play. Pools were top notch, grounds are clean and easy access to beach. Will definitely recommend and stay again.
