Located in the desirable Forest Beach area, this downtown condo is close to the wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, and convenience stores in Coligny Plaza. Within quick driving distance, your toes can be dug into the sand, or you can engage in some playful competition at the Van Der Meer Tennis Center, located right next door. Two pools are also available on-site, just extending your enjoyment of the fabulous Hilton Head weather.

This unit was conveniently placed. The unit was nice size. Games for kids. Clean but carpets could use cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!

The place was very clean.We had a hiccup checking in as the code was 7 digits and they said it was 9. They tried to work with us, but we figured it out ourselves. They were very nice about it.Great location!

Great condo easy walk to the beach

The condo was exactly as advertised. Great location and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The rental company was very attentive when we called about the running toilet. We will hopefully be renting this unit again next summer!

Wonderful condo

I have stayed in many rentals, but this one was at the top. The space was lovely and clean. The decor made it feel like home. If there was anything at all we needed, it was there--beach chairs, beach towels, scissors, tape, you name it!

Great location, beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful and the pool is right out the back door! We loved the patio facing the back courtyard. It was quiet and a great place for my daughter and me to relax and read. The place was very clean and comfortable. The beds were better than hotel beds (though not as soft as home) but the location was great. An easy 9 minute walk to the beach. An easy 9 minute walk to the park and a 15 minute walk to the plaza. Everything worked great. There’s a coffeemaker and a keurig both. They provided a Britta water filter so we didn’t have to buy bottled water. There are plenty of beach chairs to use. We loved it and would be happy to stay there again.

We really loved this house

We loved the place very much. It was a great place to stay. It is very spacious. Nice large living room, kitchen, bed rooms, etc... The house very clean. I am glad I booked this house. The WIFI and cable worked very well. I like having the choice of a coffee pod machine and a filter coffee machine. No issues with the AC which kept us very cool. Very convenient and close to everything. We love staying close to the ocean. The Courtside is very quiet and clean location. We enjoyed our backyard and the pool. The team was very responsive to replace the missing vertical blind piece in the Master Bedroom. Chloe showed up immediately after the call to correct the issue. She showed up to the place in 5 minutes or less. Thanks for that quick response. I will definitively make the unit 22 my favorite place to stay for my future vacations in HHI. I will recommend this place.
