Walk across the street for sun-kissed days on the sand at South Forest Beach, or stroll to Coligny Shopping Plaza to explore unique boutiques and local eateries. Enjoy the area's natural beauty at Audubon Newhall Preserve, a three-mile trip from your rental. Golfers will appreciate being close to courses such as Shipyard Golf Club (3 miles) and Harbour Town Golf Links (5 miles).



Inside, two floors of newly updated living space await. Highlights include a modern kitchen and an abundance of windows that allow for ample natural light. The sunlit living area is furnished with a comfy sofa and two armchairs. Kick back and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The updated kitchen includes modern appliances and a helpful array of gadgets. You'll also find a convenient starter supply of dish soap and paper towels. Very nice condo just a quick walk across the street to the public access to the beach and so close to Coligny. My daughters and I planned a last minute trip to HHI and it did not disappoint. Mary was prompt with concerns and gave us tons of info and was very kind. Definitely will be back. We love HHI.

The location was central to everything that we wanted to do, the beach was a block away, we were very close to shops and restaurants, it was at the center of everything. The condo itself was very nice, and the community pool was very popular for my kids. We definitely plan on staying there again.

The ac was not working well. It was 77/78 while we were there. We live in the south, so we understand sometimes it is not as efficient. We had to sleep in the recliner and on the couch downstairs since it was too hot upstairs. The shower was disgusting and had a lot of mold. We ended up leaving a day early.

Loved our stay!

A short walk to the beach, very clean, & a lot bigger than I expected! We loved the back porch & the pool area as well. Very close to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Once I booked the stay I couldn’t go back and see the details of the unit to be able to plan accordingly. My reservation was stuck between 2 companies so didn’t get check-in details 4:00 after having to call multiple numbers and be bounced back and forth between the companies. The system notification ended up coming in around 6:00 - 2 hours past check-in. The unit was nice but outdated - furniture not well maintained and lighting in bedroom was just a small lamp. Location is convenient to beach and shops.

Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by the extremely poor cleanliness of the property. The blankets had a strong unpleasant odor, and there were urine stains on two of the mattresses as well as on cushions throughout multiple rooms. Two of the beds were completely unusable because of the condition of the mattresses.The kitchen utensils and cookware all needed to be washed before we could use them, and the floors were so sticky that we had to mop them ourselves upon arrival. We also discovered that the washing machine was unusable due to mold and mildew buildup. To their credit, the property’s cleaning crew came to address the issue, but it should have been identified and resolved before guests arrived. We ended up purchasing our own pillows and mattress covers just to make the property comfortable enough to stay in.The location was convenient and was the one positive aspect of the stay. However, the overall condition of the property fell far below an acceptable standard. Deep cleaning should be an integral part of the property’s regular maintenance routine, as many of the issues we encountered were not minor oversights but signs of a lack of thorough cleaning and upkeep.

Beautiful

We loved the area. It was super quiet. Not crowded. All places were close to pool. Not far from beach. Beautiful trees in our backyard. Close to Coligny plaza and things to do if we wanted. Home had beach toys, wagon in front for us. Which was nice. Would stay again.

Perfect Location for a family of 4

Old school charm with a great location near Coligny Plaza and easy beach access. I loved that the pool area was enclosed by the cabana patios and not accessible without access to one of the cabanas. I could sit on our patio and watch my children at the pool. The property was well maintained.

Had everything we needed

We felt very welcomed in this home. They provided us with most everything we needed and extras we didn’t expect-beach wagon, chairs, and toys. Plenty of kitchen dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. We were very comfortable and had a great time. Loved it was an easy walk to the beach.

We loved the location of this Cabana! It is very near to the beach and to Caligny! It was perfect for taking a daily walk in any direction! Our parking space was right outside the door and there was easy access areas for our guests to park! We love the openness and comfort of this condo. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and all the flowers, birds and squirrels that entertained us daily! We wanted to get this condo for next winter but we were too late inquiring!

Clean, comfortable stay

The condos are older, but updated and clean. Found fans in closet upstairs that helped cool those rooms. It was a bit hotter upstairs, but we stayed during July and the rooms cooled down by evening. Plenty of living room seating. My kids liked using the Alexa to check weather, tides, and play music. Bored games and beach wagon were available for use. The condos are in a square, with this condo being at the back line of square in comparison to beach. Corner unit was nice. Parking right in front of unit. Pool area is only accessible through condos. Beach is across the road. Wagons are way to much work to push through that much sand! Get some backpack chairs and a bag and go. Kitchen had Keurig coffee maker and plenty of cookware. Used outside grill once. One issue we had while there was addresses quickly.
