The Space:

Situated on the eighth hole of the golf course, this fantastic townhome is an ideal retreat for your Hilton Head getaway. Enjoy nearby access to a seasonal, saltwater pool, a 27-hole golf course, and hiking and biking trails. Or, head straight to the beach for a fun-filled day on the sand. You'll love being within walking distance of Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park.



Make yourself at home in the welcoming living area, featuring a sofa bed and 42-inch TV. Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances. Gather for meals around the dining table. This two-story condo features a bedroom, a loft, and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Find ultimate comfort in the bedroom, complete with a TV. The en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The upstairs loft has two twin beds, a TV with a DVD player, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. Complimentary WiFi, beach chairs, and a washer/dryer are provided.



Relax on the back deck and enjoy verdant golf course views. Sizzle steaks on the gas grill and dine alfresco. Splash in the seasonal, saltwater pool and soak in the shared hot tub. Hone your skills at the 27-hole championship golf course. Enjoy private Shipyard Plantation beach access and spend fun-filled days on the sand.

What a great condo! Beautiful, clean and just right for my family of four. My teen son loved the spiral staircase to the loft. Location was awesome. We loved the private beach access. The pool/hot tub were always clean. Everyone was very nice. Easy check in and out. Price was great.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this amazing condo! The condo was very clean, and located in a very beautiful community. The condo provided me with easy access (walking or driving) to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful also. Everything was amazing. Super clean unit well appointed

Had everything needed wonderful view of golf course, neighbor super nice. Only complaint only one beach access for shipyard. If you don’t get there early to park you have a park a good distance away. There is a shuttle but found to be super unreliable.

Good location, inaccurate property description

Pro: good location (however, far enough from the beach access to drive a car every time), beautiful environment, cleanliness.Cons: The property is listed as a two-bedroom condo, but in reality it has one real bedroom and a kind of a mezzanine with two twin beds. Guests have to climb up there using a narrow and unsafe stair. In addition, this room does not have window and is not isolated from the living room below. This means that if somebody is watching TV or just talking downstairs, sleeping upstairs is problematic. I believe the guests have a right to know this kind of property features before renting it.

Just like home

This was our first time staying on Hilton Head. We loved the location, minutes from Coligny Beach, convenient Shipyard Beach access and great restaurants near by. We even enjoyed eating at the Shipyard Golf Restaurant. We picked this dog friendly condo which had a convenient open grassy area with doggie bags and disposal across the street. The area was very quiet, not very many occupied units. The pool was close by and we rarely saw other guests. The king size bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. New bathroom attached. We really didn’t have any complaints, everything we needed was there.

Inaccurate listing

The listing was inaccurate. This property was listed as a two-bedroom condo, but in reality it has only one real bedroom. The second "bedroom" is an uncomfortable mezzanine, where the guests should climb using a very narrow and unsafe stairs. In addition, this room does not have a window and is not isolated from the living room below. This means that it is impossible to sleep if someone is watching TV or just talking downstairs. If I knew about this I would never rent this condo.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

My wife and I did our late honeymoon and decided to come to HHI. The check in was easy, friendly staff and the unit was clean. Our only complaint and the reason for the 4/5 stars is fairly simple. My wife is currently pregnant and runs hot. The fact that we weren't able to set the thermostat to below 70F at night is ridiculous. The outside temperature at 10pm was 74F. This is a bit extreme locking the thermostat. We have paid over $1,000 to stay five stays but are not allowed to select it lower? Seems absurd otherwise a great stay.

Some good , some bad . Lots of bad luck .

Very mixed review for this place . Loved where it was located . Central to everything . Walk to the Pool in 5 minutes . Drive to the beach in 5 minutes . 5 minutes from the Coligny Shopping Center . 5 minutes from food . The place itself had a lot of character . The owners obviously take a lot of pride in the place . Lots of nice details . I love the fact it had a little spot outside the kitchen where I could set up to work a little in the mornings and enjoyed the table outside . However , we had a lot of issues during our stay . We had an issue with the plumbing early our second day here . My father spend all afternoon here on Monday with the plumber in the unit fixing the clogged drain . We had issues with the door lock . We went in the back door for the first couple of days . Walking around the house . Several times we just left the door open rather than mess with it. Even after the maintenance guy came he ended up giving us a different code . Couldn’t get the original code to work at all . The gas grill didn't seem safe to use . We bought burgers and dogs to grill one night but the grill was leaking propane when turned on the point it didn't feel safe to grill . Fire and propane in the air seems like a bad combo . The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Everyone who stayed here woke up with their back hurting every morning .Consistently a bad start to the days. The mosquitos were out of control . I understand this is going to happen in this type of atmosphere but it was excessive and on top of everything else it was icing on the cake . Was it a bad stay? No, just lot of problems . Will I be back ? No . I’ll try somewhere else in the neighborhood next time .

Regarding the door lock, the batteries were replaced and a new code was provided, although the original code was still functioning properly. We also want to assure you that the gas grill is safe to use. As for the mosquitos, they are unfortunately common in this southern area, especially near outdoor spaces. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll consider staying with us again. We’d love the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience next time.
