The house is conveniently located. It was spacious and clean. It has a nice, small pool. Beach access is approximately a half mile walk and there is a convenient shuttle service available on demand. The beach itself is less crowded than some of the larger areas we have stayed. It was good for small children and adults. The house was comfortable and the appliances all worked well. The neighborhood is charming and quiet.

Comfortable with lots of room

If you want to be near bike paths, community park and beach and away from the crowds, this is a great place. It’s about a mile from Shelter Cove and shops. Vacasa was great.

nice rental location

Nice large home with decent proximity to the beach. Pool is small and was a bit dirty. Carpets were also in need of a good deep cleaning. Overall a nice place that worked well for a family vacation.

Golf Spring Break

Our family enjoyed the quiet beautiful house. The many rooms with children gave everyone a place to enjoy themselves. Our house dog settled right in. We golfed in the morning and went to the beach in the afternoon. The house was perfect and we will be back.

Great spot that’s a short bike ride to a quiet area of the beach

We loved the house as it was big enough for our big family. The kids loved the foosball table and small pool out back. It was great that it was somewhat shaded as well. The best part of this house is it’s an amazing location near Singleton Beach. We rented bikes for the week and rode down, left the bikes on the bike racks, and hung out on the beach in a great spot that wasn’t too crowded. You could see bigger crowds down in both the other directions. It is also a short drive or bike ride to Kroger and other shops and restaurants. The house also was nice with three en-suite bedrooms — perfect for a few adults sharing the space. And the kids loved the bunk beds.

Family Vacation

Home is as pictured. Every room including the garage and outdoor area was very clean upon arrival. 2 brand new sofas and beds were comfy for some of us, not for others. Kitchen had just enough of necessary things. A safe and quiet neighborhood. Access was easy peasy. We had trouble connecting to wifi but Kim was extremely responsive and Spectrum actually called me to walk me thru connecting. So professional and helpful! Our last day the dish washer (which appeared to be old and beat up, but worked the majority of the week) stopped working. It was not critical for us, but we let Kim know so she could address before next guest arrival. The pool was clean and refreshing! The grill looked practically new and worked perfectly the 1 time we used it. A pleasant walk to the beach, or a quick free shuttle ride. We would stay again!! Thank you!!
