Find the perfect group getaway at this family-friendly beach home, located just a half-mile from the beach. You’ll love the palm-studded backyard, highlighted by a covered private pool. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout, then dine al fresco poolside!



Spread across two floors, the sun-drenched interior boasts presents room for socializing and quiet time alike. Prepare home-cooked meals in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Two covered balconies ensure extra room to enjoy coastal breezes.



The expansive floor plan features five bedrooms, four full baths, and a half bath. Enjoy a soak in the jetted tub after fun-filled days on the shore. Additional perks include central AC, six TVs, a washer/dryer, and free WiFi. A two-car garage adds convenience to your stay.

If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be provided if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.

Great vacation home

Location was perfect! Room set up was perfect for our family. We loved having a private pool for our use. Overall the property was nice. However, it could use some upgrades/ minor fixes.

The cleanliness of the kitchen floors and the stains in the bedroom closet are not up to our standards, and we regret that this impacted your experience. We also acknowledge the need for updates and repairs, including the carpet, furniture, bathroom tiles, laundry room door, and kitchen cabinets. The condition of the pool and the lack of heating, as well as the state of the grass and outdoor furniture, are also concerning. We understand that these issues are particularly disappointing given the cost of your stay. The problems with the TVs not connecting to WiFi are unacceptable, and we will address this to ensure better functionality for future guests. We have shared your feedback with our local team to ensure these matters are addressed promptly. Comfortable with lots of room

If you want to be near bike paths, community park and beach and away from the crowds, this is a great place. It’s about a mile from Shelter Cove and shops. Vacasa was great.

Nice Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

Nice place in perfect quiet location. Some areas need some assistance with some deep cleaning; like floor corners, showers with left over previous guests hair and food from previous guests on kitchen table. Otherwise cozy home, nice pool and great location to the beach.

nice rental location

Nice large home with decent proximity to the beach. Pool is small and was a bit dirty. Carpets were also in need of a good deep cleaning. Overall a nice place that worked well for a family vacation.

The house is conveniently located. It was spacious and clean. It has a nice, small pool. Beach access is approximately a half mile walk and there is a convenient shuttle service available on demand. The beach itself is less crowded than some of the larger areas we have stayed. It was good for small children and adults. The house was comfortable and the appliances all worked well. The neighborhood is charming and quiet.

Golf Spring Break

Our family enjoyed the quiet beautiful house. The many rooms with children gave everyone a place to enjoy themselves. Our house dog settled right in. We golfed in the morning and went to the beach in the afternoon. The house was perfect and we will be back.

We were in Hilton Head due to a death in the family so not much focus on the house. It looks worn on the inside as does some of the furniture.

Great spot that’s a short bike ride to a quiet area of the beach

We loved the house as it was big enough for our big family. The kids loved the foosball table and small pool out back. It was great that it was somewhat shaded as well. The best part of this house is it’s an amazing location near Singleton Beach. We rented bikes for the week and rode down, left the bikes on the bike racks, and hung out on the beach in a great spot that wasn’t too crowded. You could see bigger crowds down in both the other directions. It is also a short drive or bike ride to Kroger and other shops and restaurants. The house also was nice with three en-suite bedrooms — perfect for a few adults sharing the space. And the kids loved the bunk beds.
