In Estepona, the cozy holiday "Apartment - Car included" boasts an excellent location close to the beach. The 95 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with a hand bidet) and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, garden furniture and an outdoor shower. The rooftop terrace can be used year-round, including the use of sunbeds, and the showers are also available throughout the year. The swimming pool is open from June to September, both months included.

Wonderful property and location

This property exceeded our expectations. It was very well furnished. This location is absolutely perfect. Estepona is a beautiful and charming town. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Smooth check in and great communication.

Pros: A fabulous apartment right on the beach in Estapona. A real home from home with everything you could possibly need. Cross the road behind the apt and you are in the old town which is gorgeous and across the promenade and you are on the beach! With a pool on the roof and a car as well we really couldn't have asked for anything more. Beautiful views through the palm trees across the beach and sea from the balcony.

Pros: Well appointed apartment that is Dutch owned. Built a few years ago, the block is showing some signs of age but is spacious, well designed and in the very best spot adjacent to the lovely old town and right on the beach. The owner is very easy to deal with and having the car in the deal is a real plus. Everything was as described and I am very happy to recommend this apartment. One small note of caution is that given it's proximity to the beach, the cafes set up quite early and it can be a little noisy. But..if you want this great position it is a very small matter and the evenings were all very peaceful.

Pros: We stayed in this apartment with our 2 year old and it was simply perfect. Everything you need is catered for and the location is superb; two blocks from the Old Town (many shops, supermarkets and restaurants) and a nice clean sandy beach on your doorstep. The (pedestrian) promenade passes the apartment so there is always something 'happening', but it never gets noisy, crowded or loud. Seen many (many!!) 'urbanizaciones' on our way to Estepona, and these apartments may come cheaper than this one, but note that you'll be in the middle of nowhere and have to cater for everything yourself (cup of coffee, breakfast at a nice restaurant, tapas, meals etc). This is far better!

Enorm fijn appartement op een super locatie

Pros: Het appartement is precies zoals op de foto’s. Er ontbrak ons echt aan helemaal niets in het appartement. Van spelletjes tot strijkplank. Potten en pannen tot zelfs een verrekijker! Heel huiselijke sfeer. Uitzicht is geweldig! Wakker worden met het geluid van de zee. Boulevard ligt letterlijk voor de deur. Op 5 minuten lopen is het gezellige centrum met super sfeervolle winkeltjes en restaurantjes. 1 week was écht te kort! De eigenaar van het appartement is erg aardig en per whatsapp heel goed bereikbaar en reageert snel op welke vraag je dan ook stelt. Auto beschikbaar ook heel fijn. Je wordt vanaf het vliegveld opgehaald en naar de auto gebracht. Onvergetelijke vakantie en alweer opnieuw geboekt voor volgend jaar!

Aan de achterzijde één straat oversteken en je bent in het oude centrum van Estepona met ruim voldoende winkels, terrasjes en eet- en drinkgelegenheden. Door de ligging aan de boulevard is het levendig, rumoerig is het echter niet. Een pluspunt is de gereserveerde parkeerplaats bij de inbegrepen huurauto. Estepona is een goed uitgangspunt voor de zuidelijke bezienswaardigheden (Gibraltar, Ronda etc.) in Andalusië.

Pros: Det er en ganske vidunderlig lejlighed med pragtfuld placering lige ved stranden, dejlige små cafeer og større og særdeles gode og hyggelige spisesteder. Lejligheden er supergodt indrettet, med en masser af køkkenudstyr og incl masser af flot porselæn med sjove billeder, der manglede ingenting. Dog for jeres egen skyld løber begge toiletterne konstant ikke særligt vand besparende. der var særdeles god service og hjælp da vi havde smækket os ude. Tak for et dejligt ophold, vi vender helt sikkert tilbage Med venlig hilsen June og Mogens
